The racoons living above the kitchen, peeing through the ceiling onto the countertop. The pool was shaded all afternoon. The window air units not properly secured and loud. The fact that window units were even needed. Seems like it would've been better to just have the ac unit fixed and not have to install 3 window units.

Was really clean. Nice place to stay I would say that the heat/air stayed on the whole time. And you could hear little cracks throughout the night, but that was probably due to the wind or just a very quiet place to stay. All in all I enjoyed my stay. Beds really comfortable

Sofa bed sheets where completely dirty and stained everywhere appeared to look like its never been cleaned or replaced with new ones i had to completely remove everything and purchase sheets to be able to sleep on it. Also the fire place did not work.

The ac set at 72 isn’t very comfortable at night kinda hot. Water pressure very low in the showers.

The location from the strip was nice. Was very clean.

The only complaint was that the upstairs wasn't as cool as the downstairs area. We had to use two box fans to move the air around upstairs in the bedroom. The bathroom vent below the sink didn't appear to work.

The location was awesome! It was very roomy and LOVED the beds because they were so comfy and not hard like hotel beds are. Hot Tub was an awesome addition, especially if you do a lot of walking around during the day and could come back and relax in it. The jetted tub upstairs was a great addition as well. The cabin had a homey feel that we didn't want to leave.

the hot tub at the pool didn't work, that was disappointing. Also we had a hard time trying to use the hot tub at the cabin, so we were unable to enjoy a hot tub. The main floor bedroom was comfy, but I missed my ceiling fan. The room got warm, but maybe that's just me. I am very hot natured and sleep hot at night.

Excellent location, close to everything yet still removed enough to feel quiet and peaceful. Away from all the noise. Beautiful cabin, very inviting and peaceful. The WiFi was excellent, I mention this because we have stayed in other places where the WiFi is slow and unreliable. So, that was great.

Cleanliness and location

Trees on the back deck obscured the mountain view, if the limbs were cut back would have made experience better. Cabin pool table was hard to use as a bit big for the area and pool cues would touch the wall. Bathroom had some ants but being it was a cabin in the woods bugs are expected.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Hot tub was great. Cabin was clean and location was great. Cabin was cozy and gave a feel of home away from home.

The smell, the cabin and decor was extremely outdated, there was a smell that was so bad it immediately messed with our sinuses. We couldn’t stay in the cabin for an hour. Didn’t end up staying the entire visit and had to rent out a whole new cabin with a different company, it was dirty, the hot tub was cold and way overfilled.

The AC. It didn’t cool the upstairs and by the second night it stopped working in the whole cabin. The cabin inside temperature was 84. They did move us to a new cabin after a couple of phone calls and messages so that was good. It could use some dusting. There was a lot of cobwebs.

The location was wonderful. The cabin fit our family well. The body wash and shampoo dispenser in the shower was a great addition. I would stay again if they actually get the ac fixed.

It was really dusty. The cleaning staff left dirty sheets on the sofa bed from a previous person. The mattresses are extremely soft. There weren’t blinds on one set of doors which caused our kids not want to sleep in the living room at night. (Prior to us seeing the dirty sheets)

The location. I mean it has charm and was cleaned by someone but only the kitchen and bathrooms.

Absolutely, everything. It was beyond all expectation we held in the best possible way. The location was beautiful, the lodge was neat, and had every amenitie we could have imagined or needed.
