You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaWe have stayed several times here but this time when housekeeping leaves an envelope in the room for you to leave a tip when they clean it up. and it’s not clean when you enter the room. All the shampoo and body wash bottles were empty and the floors were dirty.

United States of AmericaThe property was very nice. Its very modern and retro. I wish there was more hooks or towel bars in the restroom. Also a small table in restroom to put personal toiletries. There was so much empty space but no where to set items down because sink was outside of restroom. Lighting was a bit dim making it hard to properly get ready in the morning. (makeup). I wish staff had explained breakfast/snack items to us when we checked in.
I liked that the property was close to Camelback Ranch, the outlets and so many eateries.

United States of AmericaThe common areas of the hotel really need some help. it felt very dirty. The room was very clean, but I would have liked the elevators and hallways to see the same attention.
The room itself was clean and comfortable. The bed linens were very comfortable and clean. The location could not have been more convenient for our needs. and we even were able to leave our luggage prior to check in instead of leaving it in the hot car all day.

United States of AmericaThere was a large spiderweb complete with large spider in our bathroom and the floor and breakfast nook had quite a bit of crumbs. The surge charge for being around an event was way too high for what the property offered. Paid 4 times the "average" pricing. Bar was out of titos, minimal lemons and limes and out of soda water. The pool was also small and non accommodating to large crowds.
Loved the convenience to gila river arena and everything in westgate. Loved hanging out with the bartender Tony.
