We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe shower had a little Serratia in the corner, sink had a little debris in it and the mirror had water spots at the top and sides. It wouldn’t take much to clean the Serratia just spraying with bleach and allowing to sit for a few minutes and then rinsing would have cleaned that up. All that to say it was cleaner than most rooms I’ve stayed in for similar price.
Cute finishes. Super nice staff. We didn’t use the pool. Game area for friends and family to hang out in the lobby. We were in a handicap room which was very spacious. Location of hotel felt safe.

United States of AmericaI didn’t catch the names of the employees. One older African American woman was amazing! And the gentleman, I think Tom, also amazing. There was a young worker with multi colored hair and a lip piercing- she was a beyond rude. Just unfriendly and rude. We needed more shampoo and she acted like I asked her to build me a house. I asked for the room to be restocked while we were gone during the day and it didn’t happen. So when I asked for more towels and toiletries, she was just so rude. Other employees were lovely! Only other thing was the carpet in our room was rather dirty.
Didn’t eat breakfast. Liked the property and really loved the beds.

United States of AmericaThe front desk person was business-like, but not really welcoming. She carried herself with a very slight hint of agitation. The water pressure was disappointing and the temperature was cold during one shower and not really hot during a second one. Finally, as a light sleeper, the room forced air furnace was problematic, constantly rattling as if something was stuck in the blower.
I loved the location with many options for shopping, dining, and entertainment within walking distance. The hotel was very clean with a functional decor. The bed was comfortable, but not plush. Overall, my wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Aloft.
