You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaI was in ADA room which was larger but beat up. It was very noisy. Staff was responsive but did not solve the problem. For example, When I asked why I was in ADA room, she said they ran out and did not offer to put me in my reserved room once available.
It was okay, needed more healthy options and fresh options. It was clear they were not back there cooking.

United States of AmericaThe only issue we had was with the shuttle. We got to the hotel parking deck around 11:00PM but were told the shuttle from the parking deck to the hotel ran 24/7. We ended up waiting for 50 minutes for the shuttle. The walk was by a subway station and not easy to maneuver in the dark, which is why we waited. We called twice and were told the shuttle would arrive in “10-15 minutes” each time. This situation is the only reason I’m giving 8/10 instead of 10/10.
My husband stayed here for a night after a concert. It was a cool looking place, clean, and nice! The breakfast and coffee was also delicious and they had a variety of options.

United States of AmericaMy only complaint is that when I arrived late due to a late flight, they had given away my room to someone else, and had to bus me to another hotel further away.
Literally could not be easier to/from the airport, as long as the Metro is running: flat $2.50 each way. Take that, Uber. Lovely comfy courtyard and lobby; several great places to eat in easy walking distance (Retreat Gastropub, Vicia/Tacos Morita, The Foundry).

Did not find the payment I made on booking.com and told me I'd have to pay in full ($100 more than the booking.com price) and discuss with management. Discussed with staff next day (management would not come out to see me). Staff assured me management was correcting, I would not be double billed, and final invoice would be emailed to me. Final invoice came, charging the booking.com price + parking. So I was in fact double charged. Called, sent to voice-mail, no call back. Frustrating! Bad service!

United States of AmericaParking is awful. We were told to park in the street, it’s free. Well free doesn’t mean safe. We went to park car and the street parking was plentiful. We realized why when we got out of the car, glass everywhere. Cars had just been broken into. The parking garage a 1/4 mile away is safe but not great. A little pricey for what is offered.

Loved the facility and the room. The desk workers were amazing and very welcoming. Room was clean and loved the layout. Would definitely stay here again..
