Sure that the equipment might be newer but I really liked the way it is.

The staff was very nice with me. Maybe because I arrived late or because it was beginning of summer season and they were extremely helpful, or maybe they are just very nice when you are also nice with them, they upgraded my room for free 💚. So I got a larger room closer to the ocean. The bed was great and extra comfy. I haven't slept so well in many days.

The bathroom was a little small but for just a night it was fine.

The location was amazing, we were steps from the beach. The beds were comfy, the room was very clean. We had a little kitchenette even though we were staying in one of the smaller lower priced rooms.

No issues. Know that OOB is v quiet out of season.

It's a nice place right on the beach and I was lucky enough to get an upgrade to a room with a beach view. I paid for breakfast which was great.

The place was somewhat run down, the breakfast you get free is very limited and just ok.

The property is not very clean and requires some renovation. However we have been lucky and upgraded to a suites.

Wonderful beach access, right out of the door! Cool and comfortable. Clean and easy parking. 10 minute walk to the pier and all the goodies there to behold.

The receptionist was very kind. I told her I was booking a night for myself, to walk on the beach and listen to the waves....due to my mother passing that morning.....she did her magic and changed my room so I could see and hear the ocean from my room and it was just a few feet from the beach. I had other family members stay there days prior and they were very happy with their stay as well.

Wifi didn’t seem to work unless I had cellular data turned on my phone, so was wondering if I was using wifi or my data. The t.v. In the room was kinda low and off to the side (a small dining area was at the foot of our bed instead. Just made watching t.v. A little uncomfortable at times.

Breakfast was good and staff was nice and friendly. Got a small upgrade for free that provided a kitchen area. I would return here and recommend it to friends/family. (Great walking distance to the pier).

The room was very small, I dont even have a place to put my soutcase. and was a bit outdated. The shower was malfunctioning. The water was squirting all over the bathroom. An old carpet, of questionable cleanliness. Lunch, which was included, was disappointing. Disappointing for the price
