We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the house.

There was a noticeable sewer smell every time we walked in the front door. We couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. Once we were in the house for a few minutes we didn’t notice it as much. The lighting throughout the house could have been improved. Particularly the kitchen and upstairs bedroom. Wish the chairs in family room were a little bigger.

Location was perfect and the house was very clean. I would stay there again without a doubt.

Dusty and gross, photos are unrealistic of the actual space

The space was so dusty. The photos DO NOT reflect the actual space - we originally booked this space because it looked bright and clean, however it's way darker in person, and pretty gross. Carpet felt oily, dishes were dirty, we had to re-wash everything. Sheets on the bed felt dirty, like the weight of dust and oil collected over the years. For some reason there's a queen bunk bed and a completely EMPTY room next door. The couple who slept there couldn't sleep since it was too squeaky, rather than have a bunk bed, you should separate the two beds and use the third bedroom. Also there's an abandoned old queen bed frame rusting in the yard (probably the one that was in the third bedroom). Multiple blinds do not work which made it impossible to open the window to get airflow. WOULD NOT stay here again, way too expensive for the price.

The location and access to the private beach was nice.

    Just ok

One bedroom has inflatable mattress with an old bed propped up against the fence in backyard. Cleaning service did a fine job but the home needs some maintenance. Kitchen is dark and bed in downstairs bedroom squeaks every time you move. Toilet is noisy and tank seems to be filling up during the night when you’re trying to sleep. Place needs some TLC and a fresh coat of paint inside.

Good location in Tahoe Park. Can walk to beautiful private beach and Sunnyside restaurant.
