It's not that I didn't like because it's just the terrain but be sure to wear good shoes if you treck down to the marina. We called it out excercise for the day.

What a beautiful resort we stayed in while visiting Branson. The staff is very genuine and helpful. The resort was clean and so relaxing. The pool is great. We fished at the dock, swam in the pool, cooked out. They have everything you need in the cabin for cooking. I was very impressed. The area was quiet which made our stay very relaxing. I would recommend this resort to anyone. We stay in cabin's a lot when we travel and this resort is top 3. Another really nice thing is we took a walk each morning and spoke to our neighbors and we heard over and over that families have been going there over 20 years each year. That says a lot about the resort. I hope this helps if you plan on staying in Branson. We love Branson too. Don't forget the sight and sound theater when you visit, it is amazing.

The cabin I was given was nice and clean, the only inconvenience was that it had a wide and open staircase to another bed area and I had a two year old with me that was very interested in the staircase and I was very busy keeping my baby away from it. Overall, the resort is located in a quiet and peaceful area. My family enjoyed the stay and the location of the resort is very close to all attractions.

Could not use hot tub always full of kids. The one time it wasn’t someone had thrown up on it. Wish they had hours for older people without children. Also the loft stairs are not made for older people.

Area was quiet and peaceful. Located within 10 miles of most everything. Cabins were exceptionally clean. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

The grounds were extremely hilly, not much they can do about that, as that whole area in Branson is hilly. So, be sure your vehicle is good to go, brakes are working, look out for deer; we saw some during our stay.

Very serene setting. Cute little A frame cabin, everything was clean and working. Bed was confy. We got in the infinity pool and appreciated the lake view, and relaxed. Staff was friendly and accomodating. The grounds were clean and well kept. Docj was well maintained.

No rods for blinds. Door to bedroom would not stay open. A box of facial tissues would have been nice

Everything was amazing!!! The only complaint I have is the pool and hot tub needed to be vacuumed out. There was some trash at the bottom of the pool. Other than that, it was so great.

Clean. Well stocked kitchen utensils. Beautiful location. Good price. Amenities were nice. Close to Silver Dollor City and Branson. Staff above and beyond accommodating.

On this particular cabin the main entrance was not always available. You had to walk through one of the bedrooms and at times made it unavailable. There was a second exit, but you had to go down a narrow flight of stairs. Parking was a little challenging. Only one bathroom for a party of 8.

It was right on the lake, I was able to do fishing. The view was excellent. The location was close to all the attractions.

We hoped to use the hot tub but someone who was there I suppose as a guest used it all evening long and several people came that weren't staying at the resort and they ended up using the hot tub until it closed. The second evening we were there we were able to get to the hot tub and it was about an hour before it was to close and it shut off just after we got in. No lights or jets and the water didn't stay warm that long after it shut itself off. Our heater in our room went out and we were furnished some space heaters that were working fine. The next day we were returning from a errand and noticed someone coming out of our room. We realized after we got there that they were there to fix the heater but I would have preferred to know that someone was going into our room while we were gone. When you think your alone you have a tendency to leave things out that you would normally put away if you knew someone outside of your party was going to come in.

The location was awesome and so was the pool. Also had a boat slip for our boat.

When I was treated by one of the owners, I was asked if I had a reservation, I said yes and I told him it was for 8 and 1 night. He said ,oh your the one nighter , we have already argued about this. I would of left the cabin vacant rather than pay to have it cleaned for a 1 night stay. I told her no and she rented it to you anyway. ( another owner or family member I am guessing. She was very nice) The lady I was dealing with was checking me in on the computer and the whole time he was telling her she was doing it wrong. She told me I was paid in full and handed me the key. He sat down at the computer and said what about all the kids ages and she told him it was done! Not a good first impression at all and because of that we won’t be recommending the property or returning to stay. We are from the area and wanted to support local business but, won’t be treaded that way local or franchised. We left the cabin clean and swept so hopefully not a lot of time spent on cleaning.

The facility was nice ,views were great, pool was wonderful with a hot tub waterfall and an infinity wall. The grandkids loved it! Older boys loved fishing off the dock which also has a swim dock . Our cabin was a larger one. Had plenty of room for all 8 of us. Kitchen is as good. 2 bathrooms. Overall nice property and amenities. 2 min from SDC.

The air conditioning was quirky. The was a busted septic tank or something behind the pool in the field that made it smell bad. Parking was also cramped.

The views were beautiful! The boat rental was great. A Frame was cute.

Unfortunately we caught the flu 1 day after our arrival and didn't get to use our prepaid tickets to Silver Dollar city or our prepaid tickets for our disability vehicles.

First starters, they sent me a receipt in the mail for my deposit weeks vefore my trip, but never put it in their computer, so I had to provide proof I already paid for a night because she tried charging me for the full amount. Their were two cabins out of like 20 that didn't have water front views, just trees, and we just happened to get one of the two without a view. And only 4 cabins were occupied the entire time we were there...they could have given us a better view for the price. We got to.our cabin (it was 100 degrees outside), and neither ac was running and it took us both ac's and the fans we brought, 24 hrs to make it comfortable (were only staying 3 nights) they gave us one roll of tp for a family of 4 in the room. No extras. The shower water pressure was terrible and the lukewarm at best water, straight up smelled like liquid copper. The back deck was so unsafe from nails sticking out, I told my kids to stay off of it. Neither front or Back door had a dead bolt, just a tiny handle lock, so no security at all. Nothing about these cabins are taken care of. This property is very neglected, they don't update or maintain it at all. For the cost of a nice hotel. I get you came to experience nature but living like a couple broke ass hillbillies was not my idea of fun. Will not be returning!
