Alvin extended stay is the cheapest hotel in Alvin 100% with that in mind. Yes there ends up being holes in the wall sometimes certain appliances don’t work, but the hotel staff was very quick to fix that problem. Whenever I mentioned it to them with it being the cheapest hotel in the area that ends up being a lot of drug use in the areaof an extended stay used to be a nuisance property. It has quiet down a lot. I’ve lived in Alvin 20+ years.

Surprisingly, quiet, decently livable please take a note. The next half is going to be explaining a little bit about the hotel.

Housekeeping never came to my room to change sheets or clean the room. I cleaned the room myself while I was there. Outside was always trashy due to not enough trash cans accessible for guests. I was on the 2nd floor and when I needed to throw trash away the only 3 bins I could find would always be full and spilling over. My room had a massive hole in the wall with wires coming from it. Water was cut off during my stay and wasn’t notified of the inconvenience by a note or a call due to no phone in the room. I had to call for a microwave multiple times from my cell phone cause who was finna walk to ask every time not I. Leasing office and rooms are in separate buildings staffs uses golf carts to travel with. Pillows were small and no filling.

Nobody bothered me and the room was very spacious and for the most part clean. Did not see any bugs in the room or on the property for the amount of trash everywhere.

The bed was comfortable but it was very dirty the floors & bathtub were filthy so I didn't get to shower needless to say 😑

Staff and owner were very rude during normal hours but the overnight attendant was nice and helpful. 2nd floor room was definitely not worth the price. Pet fee to much per day.

The 1st floor king suite was nice and a good price for the suite. Also liked that it's pet friendly but $10 a day is high especially for that type motel.

Very old. Bathroom was missing a window. Seemed to be in a bad part of town where there were several creepy people that were up all night long lurking around in the dark and were up to no good. Wasn’t cleaned properly…found someone’s tablet, food around the microwave, soap bar remains in the shower/ tub.

Well, I've been here since Thursday, and that's when i had a horrible experience with the tall, skinny, dark guy who wouldn't even do his job. He was just rude when I told him the tv wouldn't work and even requested another room, and he told me he couldn't do anything! Later that night, the air conditioner wouldn't blow cool air, but thank God I had a big fan. The next day, a lady named Misty actually took time out and helped fix the issues we had. I informed the manager of this place what had happened, but he was told a different story by the tall, skinny guy. If you want to come to a place that doesn't care about your happiness and take your money, then this is the place to come. This place lost my business

The place just needs to pick up to high standard of housekeeping it seems to be in a very good location, but they need to upgrade their mattresses and upgrade how they keep trash cans out on the walkways because this does create nest of Nats

The room smell like cigarettes, the beds are not comfortable at all. There was no soap in the room and they put trash cans out on the walkway that causes Nats to come in through the air conditioning unit into your room so you have Nat roaches.

The place was beyond filthy with feces smeared on wall, room was nothing like pictured on website, the light fixtures and vent were barely attached to the ceiling . I walked in and immediately left to get a refund and there was no one at the front desk who spoke English.
