We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesPerhaps a fridge and microwave, but I wasn’t expecting those. It was an affordable deal for a basic motel for my overnight on my road trip. I just wanted a clean bed & bathroom, & this motel delivered.
There was coffee in the office in the morning — a nice touch for a budget motel. The room was roomy, quiet, and super clean. The bathroom was immaculate; I thought it was brand new. There was a nice long grassy area for my dog. There were even poop bags provided. There was also a gazebo area where guests could gather. The location is awesome for an overnight on a road trip because of easy freeway access. The manager was very personable. Good value for basic lodging.

United StatesThere were no toiletries in the bathroom when we came in. We were exhausted and having to worry about whether or not we could wash our hair or hands or use the bathroom was not fun. I got splinters in my feet from the floor as well.
No breakfast but there wasn't one advertised so that's fine. Just off the highway so it was a great location for when we finally stopped. Nice view of the surrounding area.
