We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesComfort, upstairs apartment was so noisy, kids running back and forth constantly, walls are thin. You hear the whole building. Kitchen was upgraded and nice but that’s pretty much it.
No breakfast, neighborhood was borderline ghetto, we got some stares from people because we were white.

United StatesThe pictures were outdated and didn't fully represent the current state. The floors were incredibly sticky. The bathroom had an odd old water/musty smell to it and it was one of the spots that wasn't the cleanest. As in the toilet brush right next to the toilet had old used toilet paper on it. Very unsightly. There were no smoke detectors. The parking was off street parking if you could find it. Some of the pillows didn't have any pillow covers.
It was a good location for what we were there for. It was mostly clean. The host was very responsive. There were air conditioners in every room. Nice big tvs in each room. Nice size apartment.

United StatesHad to bang on back door to find someone to let me in..never received door code in e-mail. Poor quality item supplied.Bed linens poor quality. Bedspead ok. Dishes/pans/silverware poor quality. One small used toilet roll provided...Had to go to Walmart purchased frying pan,toilet paper,silverware and glasses. Refrigerator ..freezer good but refrigerator worked poorly..thermostat set on high...air condition (portable) not hooked up or not working...luckily cool temp..but was warm up stairs..2nd floor and no free parking ..off street parking
I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE PROPERTY...FIRST OF ALL I DID NOT KNOW IT WAS ON THE 2ND FLOOR..I USE A WALKER TO WALK DISTANCES..CRAWLED UP AND DOWN STAIRS..NO FREE PARKING..OFF STREET PARKING...ITEMS PROVIDED WERE POOR QUALITY...OR NOT WORKING...PLACE WAS VERY CLEAN...COUCH WAS BROKEN..LIVING ROOM DRAPES DID NOT LOOK LIKE PICTURE..MY CREDIT IS VERY GOOD ALL OVER THE WORLD IF YOU EVER RECOMMEND ME SOMETHING LIKE THIS AGAIN I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE...Warren E.M. United Statesthe room closer to the microwave had minor challenges- the mattress on the left side sinks- perhaps it needs to be changed. the mobile air unit had the vent popping out many times. it requires refitting. I wished the host was more responsive about late check out. He mentioned “subject to availability” but a final email to him yesterday was never answered. A no would have sufficed instead of no response. we only needed 2 more hours to let our daughter not have to spend so long at the airport.
very accessible, quiet and safe area. property was very neat.
