We were warmly welcomed by Robert, who immediately gave us a tour. The atmosphere was wonderfully relaxed, very Californian super chill. At check out we were able to enjoy breakfast, and it was no problem at all to leave the car parked for a while longer. If I return to Venice, I would definitely stay here again. Absolutely great! The location is perfect everything is within walking distance.

A well deserved 10 for this place. Felt like LA’s finest. Everything you needed was there. Onsite parking. Met the host onsite who explained everything. Easy walk to Venice beach and the Main Street with lots of shops and places to eat.

Apartment is quite near to the ocean. Rooms are very comfortable and well furnished. The parking is very comfortable, next to the apartment. The Host was very helpful and polite. It is great place to stay!

It’s clean and tidy but it is further away from the beach than the bold claim of location that is not correct. This needs fixing.

It is best for two couples.

The property was close to the beach and in a very secure location. It was well-maintained and very clean. It was big enough for our family and gave us plenty of room to move. The beds are absolutely amazing! We are buying that same mattress for our home!

The only drawback was that it can be kind of noisy at night in the neighborhood.

The apartment is recommendable, as is its host! Lots of space, all comforts, close to the beach. Despite previous warnings, the area was very safe.

Beautiful apartment, and the photos are spot-on. Great location—really close to the Abbott Kinney bar and shopping district, and you can walk to the beach. Everything is clean and tidy, and the kitchen has everything you need to cook lunch and dinner on your own. There's a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer available. The bathrooms are clean, with two upstairs and a half bath on the ground floor. There's no air conditioning, but the climate is cool enough that you can just open the windows—on the ground floor, they open on three sides, and upstairs on all four sides. There's a parking space in the rear lot. The owner is very friendly and replies here in chat always in timely manner.

If I had to pick something to improve, the beds are a little too soft. Personally, I prefer mattresses and bed bases that are a bit firmer.

Very seamless check in process, host contacted us beforehand to arrange meeting us at the house to introduce us to the house and amenities. Host gave great suggestions on nearby attractions and places to go. There is a front door lock and a rear gate to enter so felt safe inside the house.

Excellent stay at this property, it is exactly how it looks in the pictures, boho chic vibe. Beds are huge and super comfy. Modern and well maintained. The host (Robert I think) was very friendly and helpful, good local knowledge and on hand to respond to anything we needed. Felt safe in the property, and safe leaving the car in the parking space.

Superb location for Venice beach and attractions. Very homely and had everything we needed. The owner was also super helpful and accommodating for early or later check ins/outs
