We stayed on the second floor and the ceiling had some water damage. The room had a smell but not unbearable with a little febreze.

The only thing I didn't like was the noisy A/C heater unit and the small TV that had an even smaller picture. There was cool air blowing from a vent in the bathroom.

The location was good. It's located near shopping and places to eat. The room was clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was better than I expected.

Some of the residents were smoking directly in front of hotel. There should be a smoking area away from hotel entrance.

Room was nice with tall ceiling. Very quiet. The location was easily accessible to restaurants and stores. Staff was very friendly. We needed extra towels and had no issues getting them.

The smell. It smelled old unclean and un kept t.The room definitely needed a deep cleaning.

Check In was easy because I arrived in the early morning hours..it was definitely convenient. When i reached out i regards to my late arrival time each representative made sur my room was secure. However, the room could have been a little cleaner. The room had an smell that was unpleasant but I got through it because I always bring my own cleaning products. As a result the price was definitely reasonable and convenient. And I was able to work through the circumstances. After staying the first night I became more comfortable. On a scale of 1 to 10 with ten being the highest I would rate my stay at a 5-6. My room was right across from the elevator and the hotel had areas that accommodated those that smoke. Despite the circumstances I would stay again.

The hotel needs to be updated and the room me and my husband stayed in had a musty smell. The lobby was dirty and the hallways needed to be vacuumed. The housekeeper needs to do a better job on keeping the hotel clean

The price was reasonable and the room was spacious. The staff was very friendly. The beds were very comfortable. Would stay there again.

Same as above. The only thing I liked was the promise made that by paying $71 something at the hotel that night, the price to extend my stay the next day would be $50 something if I paid by card. The hotel manager said no card payments, after I had already put the money on my card so she made me leave.

I was lied to about the pricing, the morning front desk manager was excxxxxxtremy rude, unbelievably rude.

Nothing really..

The location is great and very close to so many eating venues, all within walking distance. Rooms are large and quiet. Beds and linens clean and comfortable. TV had a huge selection of channels and ac unit worked great. A Walmart and Dollar Tree is right across the street and lots of parking in a well lit lot. No "knock, knock...... HOUSEKEEPING!!!!" in the morning which I dislike..
