The place was a dump. Rooms were dirty. There were toenail clippings in the corner of our bathroom floor. We got two rooms. Both bed comforters were dirty. It was just a place to sleep for us so we dealt with it but definitely would not stay here again. The price was the same as many nicer hotels. I was just looking for king beds which is why we chose here. Should have gone with queens.

DONT STAY HERE .. I had a appointment on Monday 03/18/2024 I paid before I left to my appointment around 10:30 am. Got back around 4 pm the house keeping staff cleaned out my room. I was told I was checked out. I went to front desk with receipt . That I had paid and didn't check out . I never got all my stuff back. When I got in touch with manger that evening I told her what I was missing she acted like I was lying I know what I had . Missing new pair of black pants , dove soap & a shaver. I recently became homeless. And I'm on disability and they did this to me. Omg 😲. I have been for 8 day. And the manger asked me to leave because they lost my stuff. I book at different hotel cheaper and better than this shit hole!!!!!

First room had a stench with sketchy walls. It also had a broken door-chain, broken light, broken ac, broken phone. I changed to another room which was better with just the inner handle broken. It was acceptable in cleanliness.

Staff spoke rudely to guests for no reason, would not allow guests to use the lobby restroom, charged a cash deposit for the room key, some of the towels were grayed and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, bedspreads had fresh stains and multiple cigarette burns—in a nonsmoking room, TV remote held together with tape and non functioning, pillows smelled like they had been slobbered on

The hallway on our floor smell like Marijuana the sink in our room wasn’t working there wasn’t enough bath towels in our room for me and my family and there was just many homeless people hanging around the motel who were weird and creepy!!

Lots of homeless and seedy looking people on the hotel property. We arrived at night and there was literally a woman smoking crack rocks off the foill on the hotel sidewalk as we checked in. Had to keep an eye on our vehicle all night because of all the "locals" that are hanging around. Definitely do NOT reccomended this place unless you're a lone male in fight-ready condition. I would never bring my family back here.

The motel is not wheelchair accessible any place except for the front entrance, and the fact that we were put in the 5th level, and I don't like heights at all

There was cockroaches and the Bathtub was filthy with someone's pubic hair on the lining of the tub and there filth of nasty suds stuck to tub. The sink and countertop behind the mirror is infested with roaches and then as Im in the shower thank God I locked the door behind me because they rented out room at the same time to someone else and they were trying to enter our room and they couldn't understand why until I was finely able to wrap myself up with towel and open my door and tell them Wtf....

It was very quiet and loved the late check out time's that they have here..

The staff is extremely overly rude for no reason at all

the check out time is at 1pm vs all the other motels I know of and have stayed in personally this is the only one that has that late of a check out the ONLY reason we go here other than that staff is RUDE ALL OF THEM.
