It’s a great place to dystrophy if you have pets. There were a lot of dogs.

Lamps by the bed need to be updated. The power outlets on the lamps will not hold a plug. They’re too loose.

Loved the cottage and the pool. The phone in my cottage didn't work so contacting staff to pick up trash or bring towels was difficult because we would have to call the main number and the office staff wouldn't contact housekeeping so I had to look for them all over and they office staff had me bring my trash to the dumpster which was far away n trash bags broke and for what I paid for the cottage I would expect them to at least come around and pick up the garbage bags

The entrance was a little hidden hard to find at night when first arrived. The room could use a little updating.

The room was clean and comfortable and dog friendly which was a HUGE plus. The room could use a little updating with paint on ceiling and walls and bathroom shower/tub. The pool was great - clean and perfect size. Location was great!

We were on the ground floor and we did notice noise in the apartment above - to be clear, just folks moving around, not a loud party. People should be aware if they are light sleepers, but it didn’t bother us. We did not hear neighbors to either side of us.

Friendly helpful staff. The room with two queens was large and comfortable. The bathroom was a bit dated but was clean, the shower pressure was excellent and a hairdryer is provided. Although we didn’t use it, there’s a flat screen TV in the room. We especially appreciated the refrigerator. The pool area isn’t huge, but it’s excellent with clean, clear water and comfortable lounges, chairs and umbrellas. The cottages didn’t fit for our purposes but they looked cute.

Cottage was smaller than expected. Air conditioning was not cold. Air felt wet and smelled musty. No screens in widows to allow fresh air in. Just the bathroom one did. No walkways to lead up your cottage. There was no maid service during our stay to replenish towels. When requested, they were not delivered. Had to go to main office to get them. We had to remove all garbage and throw it away before we left.

Location was convenient to all towns but being on route 1, it was busy and hard to get in and out of. Had a cold refrigerator and shower pressure was great along with hot water to complete showering.

The couch is very uncomfortable and small. Not enough comfortable seating for family of 4. No daily cleaning. Which is fine but no broom or dust pan available in cottage to clean floors after meals and beach days.

We love the pool. The cottage was nice and spacious. It had everything we needed.

I was really surprised that I had to sign paperwork that said I would not leave my dog in the room alone and another paper about housekeeping or lack there of. I don’t really care about the housekeeping but the dog contract was really concerning, especially since it was the first I was hearing of if. I checked and it was not mentioned on here, their website, or elsewhere. Of course the goal of the trip is to bring my dog with me but the reality is that not every place is dog-friendly and ideally you’d have a safe place to leave your dog while you were gone. We weren’t quite sure what to do so adjusted but definitely changed our plans.

Overall a good stay for a dog-friendly spot. The cottage was clean, cool, and comfortable. The location is decent although it can be hard to take a left.

Office was not open till 8:00 in the morning. The TV was losing its reception every once in a while when I was watching a show.

We stayed in a one-bedroom cottage with a pull-out couch. There was no bedding left for the sofa bed. Just a sheet on the mattress. No top sheet or blanket. Not enough towels were left for 4 people either. I just thought that was weird. We went to the desk and they provided them and were very friendly. The way the A/C was set up, the living room was very cold but the bedroom stayed too hot to sleep comfortably. It was a bit crowded, not enough comfortable places to sleep. Next time we will know to book a two bedroom, so I can't say it was the accommodations. We traveled with our daughter and a friend. They shared the sofa bed. We should have gotten a bigger room.

Furniture was a bit worn, but definitely functional. WiFi is my only real complaint. Couldn’t hook up to it at all until Sunday (when most people had left). I didn’t have great cell service so wifi would have been nice, but I didn’t hate being a bit more “disconnected” :-).

Clean, if a bit outdated, but perfect for our needs. Affordable, pool area and some grass for kids to play. AC that worked well and very HOT water! Excellent staff and plenty of parking.

The ice machine closest to my room was not dispensing ice, but that was fine. I found another one and another location.

The grounds were well kept the buildings were well kept the rooms smelt fresh and clean when you walked in. They were also spotless. The beds were extremely comfortable. It was just a great experience.

Our first room (113) had what seemed to be an AC fault. Lots of condensation on windows and the room smelt mouldy/damp. The window had one (of 2) privacy/net curtains missing. We complained and we were moved to room 125, which was 100% better. Would have been good if the room had been pre-checked before allowing it to be given out. It was very poor. Anyway, staff sorted us out, otherwise the rating would have been much worse. Staff were very good

Room was large. AC was welcome. It was hot outside. Facilities good. Beds great.

Air conditioner is loud, a few ants on the floor, small bathroom with no counter space.

Fairly quiet, cute room and nicely situated for doing things in the area. Good shower!
