The carpet was dirty, left our feet very dirty! The woman at the front was not very friendly at all. There was not enough coffee packets in the room for two nights stay for four people.

The room was big with table, chairs & refrigerator.

Maintenance man noticed vinyl trim around vents on HVAC unit were easily displaced. He bought two rings for the shower head because it would not stay in place and kept pointing toward the floor. There were no towel racks. Used towels stayed wet the entire stay. Outside of tub was too high for a slightly handicapped person to step into. Nothing to prevent slippage. Would have preferred a step-in tub/shower stall. Could have used a higher toilet. Had to use own raised toilet seat. Thought they should have been present in an "accessible" room. Bottom of floor lamp looked dirty. Refrigerator door had no rod on bottom and could not be used. Toiletries lacking.

Linens were of good quality and plentiful. Husband is a maintenance man and checked the air filter and it appeared to be recently changed. Bathroom sink countertop was large enough to keep small toiletries on.

There was a strong smell of moist in the room, apparently only in the room and not in the corridor. I am unsure where that came from, but next morning my throat wasn't in good shape. Breakfast was very simple as well.

The bedroom and restrooms were crystal clean, with comfortable bed. Staff was kind and friendly, especially at the breakfast room. Hotel is dog friendly, with some green area around for dog walking. There are also some restaurants/chain across the street.

Room 210. Clean and all drains worked as expected. Tub needs refinishing but otherwise acceptable. Hot water was good. AC was good. Room did not smell. Linens clean and adequate amout of towels. Cleaper than staying in Frankenmuth. I have stayed here numerous times over the years. Not disappointed. Breakfast , I did not use.

It is an older hotel and so it looks a bit dated. So this place is good if you are just looking to lay your head.

This hotel is situated in a great spot to visit both Birch Run and Frankenmuth. It is close to food, shopping, and attractions. The room was clean and functional. There was a tv with a large selection of channels, a refrigerator to keep your drinks cold, and a microwave to heat things up. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was cereal, fruit, coffee, juice, milk, muffins, and the ability to make waffles and/or toast. Although all the staff we encountered was friendly and professional, the breakfast staff member was exceedingly courteous! Although I didn't get a chance to check it out, there is a hot tub and a sauna, as well.

The hot tub was out of order. The bathtub was peeling. The bed was mushy and scratchy.

Our room needs a complete renovation. The room is very dark and drab. The bathroom, while clean, is in serious need of a new bathtub! It looks awful. Would not use it, in put a shower in it, not a tub.

As others have said rooms are outdated. Our tissue box in bathroom was coming out of the wall. The tub was peeling and it was very slippery. I did not like that the hotel was accessible from the outside without a key. There was a trash can right outside the side entry door that someone had placed pizza boxes and the wind was blowing them all over the place when we left in the morning. I know this may not be the hotels fault but hey should have someone routinely checking/emptying trash. We thought the rooms seemed clean but the floors were not..my husband and I both had socks on while walking in the room and they were discolored when we took them off after a short time in the room.

Room appeared clean and served our needs for an overnight stay. Staff was nice. Breakfast was basic but we were able to find enough to start our day. Beds were comfortable and temperature of room was well controlled.
