Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesWindow in room was left open so the air conditioner didn't work well. Electrical outlets didn't work. There were not enough outlets. The room was very humid. Maybe air conditioner was not working well. There were not enough towels and wash cloths. We had to go to to the front desk 2 times for towels. Each time they didn't have any at the front desk. They had to run to the laundry area that was in the basement. They seamed to be short staffed.

United Statespublic areas could have been cleaner. Bathroom sink was damaged and fixtures were mismatched. Only two towels and one washcloth for two people were provided. Sheets on one of the beds had stains on it and we alerted housekeeping, who changed it immediately. Key cards failed every evening.
Nice breakfast options, I always look forward to the waffles. Comfortable beds and pillows. Non-English speaking housekeeping staff facilitated communication by using a translation app on her phone-- smart!

Price. Very clean. Place would have been great for the price with the exception of windows lock that looked had been busted in the past and not fixed that just made you wonder if this could be a reoccurring problem.
