The staff was nice .

Dirty rooms and building in general .

Facility is in need of repairs. Run down at best. Our room had a broken window. Four of us and only towels for two.

Large room with full kitchenette. Decent premium TV channels available. Helpful front desk despite not able to find my reservation with confirmation details. They matched the rate promised.

Slow wifi, I had to use my own data for tele conferencing. My reservation was not found despite having confirmation details. Room was adjacent to a car wash with high noise levels. Service staff woke me up 90 minutes prior to their early check out time at 10am.

It was easy access from the main road

It was dirty, it smelt really bad, the bedding had stains on it, the window was cracked. I know it was cheap but that’s no excuse.

The staff are super friendly, especially the young guy on reception. It is great value for money. We’ve stayed here 3 times in the past month on the way to/from Denver. It is a basic hotel but meets are needs and is clean and comfortable.

Faint smell of smoke this past time. Also stayed on the ground floor and the person above was very loud…would request an upstairs room next time.

The fact that I had to clean my own room because it wasn’t cleaned. and they charge you a 100 deposit on the rooms. When there is holes In the walls wires showing.

Clean room with comfortable bed and good AC! Very helpful office staff.

The back half of hotel/parking lot seemed to be a little seedy.

The price was low (although I think it would be worth paying more to avoid this place), the staff were friendly, and the shower was hot.

This was the dirtiest place I've ever stayed and didn't feel totally safe. We didn't even feel comfortable walking on the carpet in our room barefoot, let alone sitting on the horrendously stained furniture. We checked for bed bugs and didn't find any so we decided to stay despite the overall creepiness.

It was right off the highway. The staff was friendly.

The room was extremely run down. There was no counter space by the sink. There was just the sink. The place was jut bad.

Run down. Pool closed. No one at front desk in the early morning. Trash bags laying around.

I had been there before and LOVED IT! They have a private hot tub in your room there and it seemed really unique.

EVERYTHING! It was FILTHY! Out of the 2 rooms I got stuck in, neither ac worked.. it was stinky, like BO, the front desk people have really had to deal with a ton of bull as they looked like they were OVER talking to anyone as they got a ton of complaints. They were out of ice buckets, but did have a bag to fill with ice, once you went to the desk to find that out. My door keys didn’t work on first try, so I walked all the way to my room to find out, back to the front desk… back to my room, took a bath, then realized the ac did not work… went back out to front desk, they put me in a farther room… want to finish my bath.. that ac broken too. I gave up an do passed out at that point from exhaustion, mental frazzling, over heated from bath and no ac… I woke up about 2 hours drenched soaking wet from sweating to death and just shot out of bed so angry! I packed up my things, I went back to front desk, and then told them I was outta there! Not again!

The ac in the room didn’t work we tried calling front desk several times and got not answer. Told the lady at the desk during check out and all I got told was I’ll have someone check it no apology or reimbursement for it nothing. Will never stay here again.

Lots of shady characters hanging around outside the hotel. I got in late after a work event and there were three different men standing in front of the building smoking and lurking. Someone tried to enter my room several times at 1am. I'm so glad I remembered to lock the deadbolt and not rely on the card machine. The carpeted floor was sticky (like literally sticking to my feet). The sink in the bathroom wouldn't turn off (continuously ran) so the entire room was humid and smelled like mold. Literally the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Something right out of a Stanley Kubrick film. Just glad I didn't actually get assaulted but I felt like I was going to the entire time. It's not even that sketch of a neighborhood! This place just attracted low-lifes.
