Whatever cleaning supplies they use, there was a very strong chemical smell of it when we arrived. Took a bit to subside, but eventually did. Would be great if they used a different product that was odorless or just less potent.

It was quiet, and an easy walk to town. Perfect for a couple of nights in healdsburg.

Nice, clean room with fridges and microwaves (and keurig machines). Beds and pillows were very comfortable. There was an issue with our air conditioning and they switched us to a new room right away.

We were initially put into a room that did not match our reservation, which included the jacuzzi tub. I went to the motel host and he corrected the situation.

Even though a Do Not Disturb placard was hanging on the doorknob, housekeeping (or someone) came in the room and changed towels. While the intent has a good customer-service intent, a request that the room not be entered MUST be honored.

The value was exceptional! The mattress was very comfortable. The windows has wooden shutters....have never seen that before in any property I've ever stayed in. Keurig pods were available in the lobby as were cookies.

A short portion of walk to downtown requires you to go into the street without a sidewalk and through uneven pavement and a slightly questionable area that feels a bit unsafe at night.

The location; within walking distance to downtown Healdsburg. Rooms were modern and clean. Pool and jacuzzi clean.

The ‘breakfast’ was VERY minimal. They had coffee but no tea, so I had to walk in to town and find a coffee shop.

Excellent location and value. Large room, very clean. It was nice having a mini refrigerator. Comfortable bed, good lighting. Easy walk to downtown Healdsburg. It was perfect for my business trip stay.

The room was a handicap unit and was on the ground floor with tile floors. It was very cold even with the heat on.

The property is in a great location close to town center. The room was clean.

The walls are very thin. The guests in the room next to us were very loud, very late into the evening. We called the front desk several times but each time the guests turned their music back up. The towels and bedding had minor stains on them. Not a big deal, but just surprising as it should be something a little bleach should take out.

Good location, easy on/off the freeway, short drive into town. Market around the corner if needed. Great burger place a block away.

The microwave was noisy! That was the only negative and something that can be corrected easily.

The staff was great and catered to all my needs. Even off the list requests were fulfilled with a smile. They went beyond their call of duty to make the stay comfortable. Miss Arpita gets a thumbs up for sure.
