The beds were not secured kept moving all over the place restrooms are to small but overall I guess for quick stay it’s ok

The gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant and nice and gave me a room on the ground floor that I requested. The room was very clean. It appeared might have had some recent updating. It smelled very fresh actually and I was pleased.

The door to my hotel room the lock I think is broke because it would accept the key but it wouldn’t open, had to try it a couple of times till it finally opened. If you get the king room be prepared the bathroom is very very small.

The one-way glass and barricaded reception didn't make us feel that we were in a very safe area. We were quizzed on how many people would be in the room and if we had a dog with us. We had to pay an additional $50 that we would get back when the room had been inspected in case we smoked in the room. We did not, but the bedspread had cigarette burns and a big cut in it. I would not have stayed, but the payment was non refundable. I would not recommend this motel.

The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable and everything was clean.

My only concern and complaints about the room was the inside door security lock was totally busted leaving only the keycard door lock for security. Obviously not a safe bet to rely on. Second safety issue was the light over the tub and shower area was burned out and created a pretty dark place. Again, an unsafe practice. But the room and motel grounds were clean and cared for.

Decent place to stay for a family wedding nearby..Easy access to I-35 and shops, restaurants, nearby attractions.

I was required to give deposit when booking.com said none was needed. Worst part was a large amount of small flys/gnat in Mr room.

Traveled with elderly mother and sister. Tub filler could not be moved into shower position and no tub stopper to bathe. Towels were dirty. Cramped bathrooms. Poorly caulked tub. Lumpy beds. Worst of all, we checked out after the first night and they charged us for both nights!

I think they should have cleaned the room a bit better in the corners. There was still hair and stuff but big surfaces were clean. The other thing was that they should have changed the silicone edge around the bathtub (room 219) for quite some time ago. It was broken and a bit of mold had gotten behind it. It smelled in the bathroom but I had the door closed and the fan on so I was all good in the room.

It was very good value for the money! The room 219 looked like it was kind of new, (only the carpet that you could see that it was not all new and joint in the shower) I really liked the AirCon unit because it behaved just the way I wanted it to! :-D I was pleasantly surprised by the room for the price I payed. The parking worked all fine as well.

The room we were put in was not clean. There were empty drug bags on the floor, and a sandwich bag stuffed in the peep hole. I stayed about 2 hours before I left. I was not offered a refund.

Horrible service, very rude lady and man up front. Took deposit. It’s been 3 weeks and we haven’t received it back. Room was not worth what we paid at all. Save your money and book at the Microtel down the street!

Congested parking area. No availability on 1st floor for us older folks. Their soap dispenser leaked all over counter. And lastly, the shower was narrow and the shower curtain kept blowing towards me.

Trying to think on that one. Only saw one bug, a fly. No cockroaches. Plenty of space and the bed was comfortable.

Everything the bed was horrible very uncomfortable wasn’t enough towels very spooky looking and feeling didn’t get any sleep online didn’t say anything about a deposit had to pay 50.00 upfront the man at the front desk was rude
