A few more pasty or cereal options might have been nice. It took quite a long time for hot water to reach the shower, but we were in the very last room on the floor. Must not have the recirculating hot water system.

Great value, comfortable room, nice staff. Looks like an older facility that has been nicely updated. Decent but limited breakfast options, but expected for the price.

The cleaning staff. They were rude and lazy. I cleaned my bathroom after finding some...let's just say, they need to do better. I asked for a rag so I could clean and was asked what was wrong. I explained and showed pictures. Darlene and Jackie handled the situation but then the cleaning staff was rude afterward.

Darlene. She was so nice and helpful. The only decent person working there that I interacted with directly. The hotel being pet friendly was the reason I chose to stay at this location.

Nothing. There were some noisy guests with children up very late and very early yelling in the hall, but that’s not the hotels fault.

Clean, smelled nice. Conveniently located. Nice to have frig and microwave in room and 24 hour coffee in the lobby.

The temperature in the room. We had the temp set on 65 and the unit in the room kept kicking on and it was heat. We finally had to shut it off. Temp of the room was 77.

Just wish breakfast was served a little later than 9 am, but other than that, it is always a nice stay for us.

I didn't like that there were no elevators. So having to carry luggage up and down a flight of stairs wasn't favorable. Also it didn't have an iron or ironing board but it was a very nice and clean hotel.

Staff was extremely friendly. The parking lot is large and very convenient and being clear of stragglers made us feel even safer. The hotel was very clean and welcoming.

The only thing is we just happened to have a room that had a plumbing issue. We did not call management because we could take care of it on our own. We could see how maybe a guest staying in that room might not be as cool about it so when we filled out a survey and left it, we did mention the issue. We thought it was totally minor.

The management was courteous and friendly and eager to help. Genuinely interested in us. The housekeeping staff was eager to help us with extra towels without hesitation. We did not have breakfast there but the coffee was good and plentiful. It was quiet at night and we never had a worry about anything.

The running toilet and tiny counter space in bathroom.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room small but clean and comfortable. Ongoing issue with leaky toilet running constantly during our stay. I would stay again because the beds were so comfortable Some kind of grab bar needs to be installed by toilet/tub.

Nothing that I can think of! Everything was as expected, and we well cared for during our stay.

Hotel was very well located just off the highway but it was very quiet! The room was clean and well cared for. Staff was informative and helpful for everything we needed. Certainly will stay again if in the neighborhood.

Very clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and very accommodating, coffee was excellent, good variety of bagels and muffins, fresh fruit and oatmeal, good value for a short stay.

The only thing that could be improved was to maybe put a thinner curtain in front of our window in addition to the thick one. We were on the first floor and if the curtains were open, everyone can look inside, especially at night. Also, I know that this can't be helped but we did hear some dogs barking at night, but that can be expected when they allow dogs (that didn't bother us much though).

The room was clean, it was the perfect accommodation for the Nordic Fire Festival we attended as it was in walking distance. I loved that there was breakfast in the morning. They had coffee, tea, juices, bagels and a waffle maker, fruit and and the staff was very friendly.
