Staff was amazing! Friendly, helpful. The first two nights it was a guy who helped us, our last night was a girl and both were amazing.

The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was also big, with the toilet weirdly located around the corner(!).

Although the pictures show full kitchenet, neither cookware, nor utensils were found in the drawers. The bathroom was lacking hangers. So, there was no option to cook something as we initially planned.

Room was great. The bed was a little wore out. But still comfortable. Grounds were very clean. I drive a large pickup truck so I appreciate the larger parking spaces.

The bed could have been bigger and less worn out.

The location

The entire staff were completely rude lazy the housekeeping did not want to do there job and yet there pet friendly they don’t want to have any sighn of an animal around this was the worst place I have ever been to all because of how rude disrespectful the housekeeping and women at the front desk was not to mention I had a room that had no hot water for two days

The mattress needs to be replaced. Very uncomfortable. Hard.

Nothing. If you like filthy beds, ragged sheets, cockroaches on the floor, extremely noisy air conditioning unit, and flying insects in the bathroom, please stay here.

Everything. I’ve traveled many places in the US and abroad, and this is one of the worst places I’ve stayed. Simple would be fine, but filthy is unacceptable. The manager and staff are completely inept and unhelpful.

Rooms were a good size, clean, and comfortable.

Everything is perfect awesome room size perfect for the family, the kitchen and the others amenities, the location is perfect because everything is to close the hotel

I loved it, I recommend it to 💯 and if GOD allows it I would return many more times.

Flat top stove did not work, TV had really bad signal , Wi-Fi didn't work

It was incredibly difficult to add a day to our reservation prior to our arrival...front desk said they couldn't do it & I had to add it myself via the internet...still didn't work as we were locked out of our room the second day until we signed another form... The wifi did not work the whole time we were there; eventually we were told the wifi was down; why were we not told that at the time of reservation or check-in...it severely messed up the family business we were there to conduct...no one cares... The refrigerator made a periodic buzzing sound that kept waking us up during the night... The shower/tub faucet & spout were surprisingly loose & felt like they were about to come out of the wall... We had come to town to deal with a serious family crisis &, after having been here several times in the past, these conditions were very surprising, disappointing, & of no help or support...my wife said it best: "...Never again..."...
