It had broken walls, drawer bottom of closet was broken, cigarette burns in the restroom counter toilet seat outlets were broken light fixtures power was missing room smelled like smoke furniture was dusty like it haven’t been cleaned

Needs a ton of updates. Bedding needs to be redone. Need paint and cracks fixed. You can’t turn the are up soo you either freeze or turn it off.

sheets were dirty and the bathroom faucets were broken with tape over them…this isn’t the 1980’s if your making money fix the stuff

Staff was great but a lot of the things that were broke shouldn’t have allowed people in those rooms unless it’s a $29/$39 price and bed bugs are free…Sad standards

There were 50-100 dead mosques in the widow seal. And live Ines VP in the room. There was no coffee in the room or reception. There was a 20$ cash deposit. That was returned when checking out but the lobby/reception was locked up with no attendant still at 9 am. And took a while to get there. I had tto make a call that wasnt answered then to rattle the doors and shout between them to get any one there. Left at 9 to only get away at 920. Not happy at all. If I was booking .com I’d drop this place

It would have been nice if there was more fast foods real close by but fro the savings it wasn't to bad driving a few blocks for meals

It was a good quite setting. There wasn't any people hanging around in the parking lot, or around the building. I didn't have to worry about my car being tampered with..I felt safe. There wasn't a whole lot of extras but it was clean and for the price I was more than happy. I have stayed there several nights when work requires me to stay in the area overnight. And I'm sure I will use them again

The room stunk, the bed was hard, the pool was filled in with rock, so will never be used again!, the night stand didn't have the drawer, there wasn't a phone in the room so no way to contact the front desk. So when we got back to our room after going to Six Flags. We needed towels. I had to walk around the entire hotel to get to the night window which wasn't manned there was a phone, when the woman answered the phone she said there weren't any towels that she could get for me at that time, keep in mind before 10pm, and proceeded to ask me if I had towels in my room which we used the towels after the room service person came by at 8am that morning, so no we didn't have clean towels! And she wasn't even at the damn window! So I will never use this place again! And there were bugs in the mini fridge and microwave... gross! And only one lamp worked. There were burn holes in the comforter, the shower curtain, and burn marks on just about every inch of the bathroom. There was dog crap in all of the grass around the property! Overall, NASTY! I wish I had taken pictures. I was more occupied with why we were there.

The only good thing about this place was it was the only hotel left close enough to the venue we were going to!

The lady at the front desk was so rude. I paid for my booking online to get a better rate because I'm a single mother and anytime I can save money helps out. I was only suppose to pay $70.00 online ... THAT WAS WITH TAX INCLUDED. Well I checked in the lady couldn't have been anymore rude to me. On top of the fact she said u had to pay there I showed her my conformation # and what I paid for the room she said I didn't pay it was just to hold the room 《《which was weird because any time I paid online I didn't have to pay when I got there just had to show my ID and conformation #》》when she did checked me in I had to pay $90.00 with my card. I said it saying right here I only paid $70.00 she said "NO!!!! ITS $90.00 " I said," there's something wrong with this I've used this app plenty of times and I never had to pay at the hotel more than what I was charged online" The lady then took my if through it under the window and said you will pay this or leave!!!! As much as i wanted to cuss her out and leave!!! I didnt, considering it was a little after midnight and my 3 year old was wanting out of the car i swallowed my pride and told her i would pay it. I'm going to check my card and see if I got charged twice!!! Then when I got to my room it was ran down a hard wood chair and a old table besides a bed to lay on and the bed sheets were Dingy and old with burn holes. The pillows Sucked and only 2 per bed. And the bathroom had cigarette burn marks all over and when my son and I took a shower somehow the shower water leaked out into the hallway and causes a big puddle in the isles. And people kept knocking on my door like it was my fault. THEN when ready to check out. It was 11:05 and a guy didn't even knock opened my door with a key and said it's check out I had my bags in hand getting ready to walk out the door in total shock and told him I was on my way. It was the worst experience EVER!!!!

The ONLY thing i did like about staying at this hotel that there was a microwave and a mini refrigerator.
