Breakfast was too early from 6 to 8, generally you couldn't catch it, quite poor. The hotel has ok parking but a bit uncovered, doesn't give you the feeling of security. However everything was safe. The room was a bit small, a bit uncomfortable and the price was a bit high though compared to other hotels that offered more.

Skiped the breakfast because of very short period of breakfast. Only 2 hours at 6am to 8am. They can inform us by putting a letter in keys of rooms

The hallway serving the rooms was extremely loud, voices in the hallway could easily be heard in the room. The shower leaked badly on to the bathroom floor.

The hotel was clean, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location was convenient to downtown and local restaurants.

Noisey . Breakfast hours too short and ended at 8:00. Breakfast was very limited and not what advertised. eggs were cold. Coffee only regular and no decaf.

The extra hoops they made you jump through to check in were annoying. I’ve never had to do so many forms for checking into a hotel.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The shower was great and they put nice products in there to use which I almost never see. The breakfast was even decent and most of the time I find the free breakfast inedible.

I only had two issues with the hotel. The hallways are all laminate wood floor and sound echoes such that when you are in your room, you can hear when other guests are opening and closing their room doors. Also, the curtains in the room are fairly sheer and as the property is well lit outside, all of that light comes in through the thin curtains and the room is a little bright for sleeping. These were not huge issues, but you know yourself and if these things would bother so much so as to have it affect your stay.

The hotel is centrally located. It has been recently renovated / refreshed and it is in good shape and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is good value for money.

The bed was very firm, so not to my taste.. However, they are very accommodating, so I am sure if you let them know what you like in advance they will try to give you a bed to suit your taste.

The 2nd queen bed had a horrible matress and strands of hair under the comforter. You could hear absolutely everything from the person in the room above us. Housekeeping knocked on our door continuously at 920am. Curtains are not black out.

Fot the most part, it was clean, and one bed was comfortable.

The only thing I didn’t like is how early housekeeping comes to try to get you out of your room on checkout day, if checkout says 11am housekeeping should be nowhere near the room until after that time. The fact that they open the door to your room to check if you’re still in there isn’t cool by any means.
