Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesThe "breakfast" was terrible. It could literally have fit on an endtable. I wouldn't call it a breakfast at all but rather a weird collection of random items--a box of eggs, a bag of sliced bread, and a gallon jug of sunny delight.
The room was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfy. Heat worked well. Bathroom clean too.

United StatesOne of my pillows has a dirty case, very dated looking place, window opens with no screen, pool and hot tub have piles of crumbling paint floating on the bottom and collecting in the corners so that was kind of gross, and “breakfast” is peanut butter crackers or a small muffin, bananas, a loaf of bread, and an egg steamer. Had an option of regular coffee, and if you’re quick enough you can have some juice or milk from a communal gallon.
Very close to where I needed to be and right next to a McDonald’s and Taco Bell for fast food

United StatesThe lobby was used for storage of a/c nits and a spare tire. The building was generally well-worn and in need of upgrade. Breakfast was warm coffee and a few boiled eggs and bananas. The room carpet was in good condition which is the best I can say about the room.
Well, it was close to the expressway and my relative’s house.

United StatesThe wifi wouldn't connect our first night there. And the staff couldn't help me at all. I asked twice and they didn't even try to troubleshoot it for me. I didn't have internet access any other way so I had to leave and find wifi at other local businesses. The breakfast was only a prepackaged bag, not continental which was a bummer.
The bed and pillows were fairly comfortable. The side entrance from the parking lot was nice.

United StatesBreakfast was a brown bag special filled with mini muffins. Coffee was cold and tasted bad. I had to go and get clean towels for our room because our room was never restocked while we stayed there.
It was in a great location. Easy to get anywhere. When I finally was able to find someone after a couple of days he did explain that they were extremely short staffed and apologized.

United StatesI reserved my room 2 months in advance and was given room 111. On check-in date, Friday, May 16, 2025, the host on shift messed up and gave my room to someone else. Their room was supposed to be room 217. I'm disabled and should have had my room 111. The host didn't care and still told me to take 217. Disabled customers are automatically to be on the first floor when there are NO ELEVATORS. I was told the hotel was completely full. They couldn't accommodate any walk-ins if there was any. The staircase rails are very loose and not dependable for anyone to use for guidance going up and down the stairs. There were no coffee makers, irons, ironing boards in the rooms. The room floor and bathroom floor were dirty. The toilet tank water was turned off, so I had to turn the water on in order to use the toilet to flush. In order to use the TV, microwave, lamps, and air conditioner, you had to plug everything in to work. Some of the plug-ins don't work. There is NO VENTILATION FAN in the bathroom. THAT IS A MUST!! My whole experience with this Days Inn by Wyndham was very HORRIBLE. No daily housekeeping. Need better Management!! Need better Maintenance!! Need better Housekeeping!! The nightly prices are way too high for their accommodations. Some rooms were not even cleaned before 3:00 pm check-in time. A lot of customers had to wait another hour to hour and half for rooms to get cleaned before their stay. UNACCEPTABLE!! BAD MANAGEMENT!! I want a FULL REFUND from this Days Inn by Wyndham since I was NOT given room 111 to accommodate my disability. I need the Days Inn by Wyndham corporates number to complain to them directly!!
Location was perfect for my travels to my daughter's wedding, which was held in Chadwick, MO

United StatesTheir breakfast was nothing special, cereal, hard boiled eggs, and tiny muffins, milk, oj, and coffee and the pamphlet and online says till 10am but they close it at 9am according to a plaque in the lobby. The pool heater was broken which they didn’t tell us when we checked in so it was more like a polar plunge and made my 2 year old blue and purple from only a few minutes of time in it. The hot tub was supposed to be fine but it was still colder than the regular pool should have been with the heater working. The beds made me and my husband so sore because they were not comfortable at all. And they wanted to charge us over what we were charged on booking.com because we put in 2 adults and 3 kids but for some reason the system kept changing it to 2 adults and 1 kid and we even took a screenshot of what it was doing. We also paid more than what we could have for other places for 2 adults and 3 kids and got no good amenities. I will never return to this place. Also on our last day there we found out that when you turned off the main room light it turned off the refrigerator as well.
Other than the half used bottle of shampoo the room was clean.

United StatesThey wanted a $100 deposit for damage to their rooms because they were newly remodeled. (not the room we were in.) The room was dirty there was still trash in the trash can. The shower curtain was ripped. The bedspread was covered in stains that were gross looking. Stains on our towels (we never used we weren’t sure they’d been cleaned.) Stains on carpet. We took pics so we don’t get charged for damages we didn’t do.
