The breakfast was sorry and weak and the price could have been a little better like when I first seen it for $49 but other than that it was okay the customer service was great!!!!!
It was very peaceful and quiet you can get some sleep it was great on that the rooms was great just needed more tissue Kleenex stuff for the bathroom cleaning and dusting but other than that it was fine!!!

TV hard to work, dripping tub faucet with hair clog leaving standing water in tub, no secure bolt on door to prevent any room access. No juice or toast at breakfast.

I didn’t like that people were allowed to smoke at the entrance way to the hotel. They should be moved away from the front door. The pool was closed permanently but I don’t care to use public pools. Also you had to call the front desk to get checked in. It was only a little after 5 but no one was there to welcome us. I didn’t like that Rebecca mentioned the ac shouldn’t be turned lower than 70. She says it freezes. Idk. Then the hallways were hella hot and muggy. They didn’t have the hallway ac on.
Next to a CEFCO so if you need anything you are in walking distance. The property was clean and rooms are carpeted. Shower was hot!!

The beds are so uncomfortable. The breakfast in the morning was just okay. It would have been nice for the pool to be open for my young kids. The past two or three years we have stayed here for Memorial Day weekend the pool has not been open.
The property has been updated with new carpet and paint. Usually the smell of musty mildew over takes the room but with the update it really helped with the smell.

They fact that the room was ready before time to check in but they wanted 20$ more to check in before time even though the room was already paid for. The sink was clogged up

Hot tub could have been working. Microwave could have been cleaned out.
Hot tub wasn't working. Couldn't get coffee pot and refrigerator in room to work only to find out the light switch needed to be on. They need to either tape over it or put a sign on it.

The room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke for a non smoking hotel. The dust on the lamp between the two beds almost looked like fur it was so thick. House keeping needs to step it up.

ice machine was broken. The Booking.com site has a question about pets that was answered on March 5, 2020, that states the pet fee is $10 per night. The clerk charged us $25, an increase of 150% in 2 1/2 years. Booking.com should update their website to the $25 pet fee.
The location next to the highway, the parking available on the side. the continental breakfast was fresh, desk clerks were friendly and helpful.

When you first got into the room, we noticed that the sheets were dirty hair on them and stains. Then we noticed there was a dead scorpion along with cockroaches and spiderwebs. The room was very dirty phone was covered in dust. The lamp was covered in dust I will not stay there again when I told the front desk they told me that they would go pick up the bugs so we left the room when we returned 5 hours later all the bugs were still there. They never went to the room to do anything.
