We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The room was very nice. I liked the layout. The kitchenette was perfect, my friend was able to cook a great meal.

United StatesThey put on a do not rent to list after my girlfriend found hair in the room on the first day we were there. The hotel also has a horrible smell to it. Another thing is that all of the staff at this establishment don’t tend to your needs at all. This was one of the worst stays at a hotel I have ever had

United StatesBreakfast was "suspended" during the time hotel was booked full. Mattress on the bed in the couch is covered in some fluid, maybe blood. Springs popped out of it during unfolding, posing a hazard. Throw out the couch, seriously. The shower is missing a shower curtin.
