Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Neighbors were making noise all night.
Only one level so I don't have to worry about climbing stairs. To me that makes it a worthwhile place to stay.

They do take a $50 deposit, to ensure no damage to the rooms. It took a couple of days for it to return to our bank. It also took SEVERAL hours for the AC to actually cool down the room, but that’s just because it’s so hot these days.
Affordable, quiet stay not far out of Dallas and Fort Worth if you’re traveling. The lady at the front desk was kind and helpful. Good for a night’s rest if you’re on the road.

People next to me made noise and woke me up several times during the night with arguing and traffic in and out.

Office people who own the motel are very very rude and disrespectful
Made a reservation before stayed there it was okay and then they tripped out about my service animals the next morning when they knocked on the door and heard on barking although it clearly said on my reservation that I had to service animals they don't allow pets there whatsoever they said so I made another reservation there for tonight I called to make sure they're going to let us stay because of my service animals and she tries to tell me that they don't allow pets and I'm like you can't do that because their service animals well I have to have the paperwork and I said no ma'am actually I do not have to carry paperwork I have all their credentials on my phone then she tells us okay you can stay there we get there to check in and it also says nothing about deposits or anything else I've never paid a deposit when I've stayed there prior a few years ago and the last time I said they're not too long ago I didn't pay a deposit but when she tries to charge my card she tries to charge me $50 deposit plus the room for the night and I'm like no no no what is that and she said a deposit and I was like I'm not paying a pet deposit for my service animals if she says no it's not a pet deposit and I said well I didn't pay a deposit last time and she's like oh it's the rules and I was like no ma'am I think you're just trying to charge me a service deposit because of my animals and you're not going to give me my money back and she was very rude very disrespectful and very hateful I wish I could say a few other things about her but I'm not going to on here I wouldn't stay there even if she didn't charge a deposit now because the way she acted I will be turning her over to authorities and then she had the audacity to tell me that my chihuahua couldn't be a service animal

Room wasn't really clean, stuff was missing (shower curtain, batteries in the remote control). The room generally made a very rundown impression - bathroom door was barely attached to the upper hinge, stains from cigarettes in the bathroom, sink looked disgusting.

They had no refrigerator or a restaurant, the smoke alarm beeping all the time we were there. I would never go back to that dump. I would like a refund. We did not stay at the location. What can you do to refund my money?
You should not be renting the arm pit to any one. We did not stay. We were there for 1/2 hour and checked out and went to a cleaner hotel.

Unlike the facility photos which appear to have been taken about 18 years ago when the motel opened around 2005, the room was in poor, run-down condition needing maintenance, painting, and airing out to diminish the prevalent, stale odor. Apparently, the room had not been thoroughly cleaned in a long time, as there was visible dirt in corners, especially in the bathroom. The aging furniture was soiled with visible dust/dirt in the crevices of the cushions. Only the towels, toilet, sink/mirror area, bed, and bedding were acceptably clean. NOTE: didn't use refrigerator/microwave
