Not updated since it was previously a smoking hotel. Lingered in walls, carpets and ceiling tiles. Breakfast room had not been cleaned since breakfast.

Service was great. Room was easy to access as I am handicapped.

Pillows were bad, no support for neck. Shower curtains in bathrooms need to be plastic to keep water in the tub. Water splashes on the floor on one side. The pool and the hot tub need to be cleaned and painted inside. They were dirty. The air in the pool area smelled like stinky feet. The floor needs to be washed and they need to put an air freshener in there.

Clean room, comfortable bed. Breakfast was good, the waffles were really good. Not too many people in the breakfast area so it was not crowded at all which I liked. The selection of food was good.

Online said “pet friendly” and we told the guy at front desk we had a small dog, expecting to pay extra. He about crapped himself and said we don’t allow dogs and acted al weird. We ended up driving 60 miles further south to drop off the dog and then came back to the hotel as we booked it only for the location. I would’ve canceled our reservation if I could have stayed elsewhere.

The bathroom sink was a bit clogged, but nothing serious... routine maintenance.

This hotel is an ideal halfway point between Chicago and Minneapolis. They have a pool I can use to get some exercise!

The rooms are small, and there are no real handicap walk in shower rooms. But that is not the fault of the people who work at the hotel. No elevator either. It was expensive for what you get.

They were very accommodating to us and we felt welcomed and safe and comfortable. The breakfast was nice and kept up. We were grateful to have gotten a main floor room. The desk person, made sure it happened, even though it was a full occupancy! He was very kind! That made our stay much better.

The shower head was a hand-held, which was fine. But the hose was short and stiff and caused the shower head to point toward the wall. One had to be actually holding it to get wet.

Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good. Staff was available and responsive.

I told the staff I needed the whirlpool cleaned out, so then it made me wonder if the place was clean. I found a blanket stuffed in the closet so wondered if that was clean.i assumed . If clean, it should of be folded. Staff outside door smoking when not on duty. Managers were nice. Lots of running around up stairs in the night above us. Not for sure if someone was locked out of a room, banging on door. I heard no yelling.

The common areas needed cleaning. Lots of glass windows and doors were full of streaks and fingerprints. But overall, where we stayed..in our room, was good.

Breakfast was tasty and varied. Very good. Room was quiet, clean, comfortable. Bathroom was spotless.

The value of this hotel can't be beat. Hot breakfast starting weekdays at 5am. Choice of a 2 king bed room. All staff were friendly. Check in and out was easy.

Getting to the hotel is a challenge, there's a Dunkin Donuts being built right in front of the hotel??? In my opinion the bathroom door in room 204 needs to be replaced with a sturdier door. We were actually afraid the mirror might fall of of the door. It didn't appear to be fastened very well. The veneer is peeling off from the bottom making it a little flimsy.

Breakfast was decent. Enough to get you going.

That they worked with me when I booked my room in a short time my room was on second floor so they but me on first floor because after I booked them I called them asked them helped me out that day because I needed a room that day

I wasn't sure I had the right hotel because the name didn't match the booking. It turned out they were in the middle of rebranding the property.

Nice facility with an indoor pool and hot tub, and guest laundry. Restaurants and fuel were nearby. Nice breakfast options. Close to the interstate but I didn't notice any road noise. Great Wifi.

Rooms were clean. Nice breakfast. Air conditioner worked great. The room was not laid out the best. Sitting at the desk no one could get through. Bed behind chair. Door to shower/toilet went right into sink area. We had 2 queen size beds. The room would have been better suited for a king size bed.

The carpet felt sticky and made the bottom of my feet get dirty immediately after showering. The vent in the bathroom was covered in lint. The towels and bedding smelled clean but had visible stains.

The staff was friendly and helpful! Good prices. I enjoyed the breakfast choices, especially the fresh waffles! The kids enjoyed the pool as a way to unwind!

The room had a strange smell and when I reported it I got 2 different answers. Some of the towels looked like cleaning rags next to the new towels hanging side by side.

It was very noisy. Sounded like people arguing and fighting late, about 11pm. Doors slamming and people running the halls.
