The only thing I can think of is that the bed was a little off kilter. So if you slept in the middle it was harder than sleeping on the sides. But I could handle it it was totally fine

The location was perfect! Things to enjoy nearby. Easy access to the highway and to the city of Madison with many things to do. The restaurants across the parking was unusual at first but became a bonus with the Olympics and karaoke on Saturday night. We will go back for a quick getaway to enjoy the other activities in the area.

Check in could have been better. She had some confusion while checking in. Now I have a hold on my credit card which I shouldn't of had.

Breakfast was awesome. More than I expected. It was nice to see them offer breakfast sandwiches instead of nothing like most hotels have been doing.

The way that they set up their breakfast bar was terrible. People were having to back track for things they missed, constantly kept running out of milk (probably because they only had on carafe for everything), and the overall value was not good. It was screaming cheap hotel where they slapped grey paint on the walls and called it "modern". 100% not worth over $200 a night.

The bed was comfy, hair/body wash for the shower smelled nice, shower head pressure was good.

Pool was downright cold. Breakfast selection was good, but the breakfast sandwiches were terrible. Cheese spread? In Wisconsin? Remainder of the breakfast items we had were quite agreeable.

My bathroom smelled like smoke the hot tub was dirty you could see all the dirt at the bottom and the pool didn’t look any cleaner the breakfast wasn’t that good either in the hotel brochures in the room it said eggs and sausage no sausage and only hard boiled eggs were offered

I arrived and the woman checking me in was very rude to me. I was well worn after a few very hard days, and it showed. She, as a result, refused to check me in. She yelled.as I left, she threatened to call he police. She said, “You’re not welcome here, don’t come back”. If I had not just spent my last dollar on that room, I would have had gotten another room somewhere else. I was without a place to stay, hungry, tired, cold, and wet, because, it was raining. I stood out in the cold, with out help. My feet, became frosts-bitten that night. I will need to be compensated, for all my troubles that night. Which would include the loss of 100.00 approx. for the night which she should have refunded to me at that time. It was ridiculous how she cast me out, and ban me from the place all because I was having a hard week and it showed. I know, that you are reasonable with such things, and are ready make it right. My feet are my first priority, they will be safe from amputation if I stay out of the cold. I will be treating the matter with the attention of a physician. I would like for you to make accommodation for me, to, have a place to stay, all the time that my feet are recovering. They will be given the utmost care.

The pillows seemed a little firm for me. The bathroom fan didnt seem like it vented the steam from the shower very well.

The batter for pancakes could be better (was better in the previous hotels we stayed at recently). Discarded (or at least not mailed) an item left behind. (I cannot replace the item because it was made by a friend.)

Very easy to get to UW and capitol area by car, clean, well taken care of hotel with responsive staff and the breakfast that worked well. The coffee was good and there was enough parking room.

I booked two rooms on Booking.com and when I arrived they didn't have the 2nd reservation in their system. The front desk offered to sell me a room at full price. When I refused, he found a discount he could apply which still resulted in a much higher rate that what I reserved. When I told him I was going to leave and find another hotel, he managed to magically find a way to give me the room for the price that I reserved it at. Horrible experience - he argued with me, got very frustrated, and threw up his hands in the end and told me he'd have to take it up with his manager later. Not my problem. Room was gross. There was lipstick smeared on the bathroom counter, hair in the tub. Vending machine had no water in it. Generally felt like the management was seriously lacking at this property. Will never consider staying here again.

Location was great because it was on our travel route. And the price met our needs - which is why we booked in the first place.
