Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesThe building feels very old. Creaky floors and a door that took a lot of force to open with alot of noise. The room had a weird smell and felt like a really old house or something. A homeless woman begged me for a ride in the parking lot.
It was decent. The price was the cheapest i could find in the area. The front desk staff is very friendly. The Location is close to alot of decent restaurants and not far from where I needed to be.

United StatesThe first room we were assigned to smelled of smoke. One room adjoined a room with dogs that barked when people walked by. We were not given the correct amount of towels for the number of people in each room. We were not initially put in adjoining rooms ( I had reserved two rooms for two nights. There were no amenities such as a telephone in the room to call the front desk, no hair dryer (it was at the desk), no shower cap.
The queen size beds were comfortable. The staff was accommodating.

United StatesThe first room had a smoke detector that was beeping and needed a new battery. We switched rooms, but the second room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. (It was a non-smoking room). We switched rooms again and that room was just right, although the beds were too hard and not very comfortable to sleep on.
The staff was approachable, friendly, helpful and accommodating! They happily switched rooms, when the first ones didn't meet our exceptions. The rooms were clean and the pool and hot tub were nice too! The hotel had a nice atmosphere, clean and up kept. The location is ideal and is right across from the mall!

United StatesThe place was really run down. Everything was very dated and Spartan. The room didn't have a hair dryer in it. I had to ask for one at the front desk. It seemed like they kept them locked up because people steal them. That says something to me about the kind of clientele they cater to. The thing I really didn't like was that the dead bolt on the door to the room was like the lock on some public bathroom doors. When you engaged the lock, it turned from green to red on the outside of the door. From a safety and security perspective, I don't really want to broadcast to anyone there whether or not I'm in my room.
It was a good price for 1 night. Just needed someplace to sleep. Got in late and left early. Bed was pretty comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a tea and coffee station near the front desk.

United StatesThe hotel was in a seriously dilapidated condition. There were visible holes, marks, scuffs, and damage on the walls. An enormous hole was in the bathroom door. The hallways reeked of an odor, possibly caused by other guests. The hotel room was in an outdated condition, as if it was not updated since 1998. The exercise room was abandoned with junk and damaged machines. This hotel should be advertised as a damaged room with no other features.
The value was cheap and the staff were very helpful. Accessible location near shopping.

This was the cheapest hotel we could find close to the airport for an early flight. It was not as bad as I thought it would be, the location is great, next door is Barnes & Noble, and Target on the other side of the street. The bed was comfortable, and the place clean.

United StatesAt checking I was told that we were on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. My husband has Parkinson’s. On booking there needs to be BOLD letters that tell that this hotel has NO HANDICAPPED ACCOMMODATIONS. None. There were no other rooms available. The clerk was very rude and dismissive. The restroom reeked of mildew and mold. None was visible so I assume it’s in the walls.
The bedding was clean, but there was no blanket- just the bedspread and sheet. The room was clean but dated.
