Amazing, beautiful victorian B & B !!! Staff was great and so accommodating! Complimentary: bikes, beach chairs, afternoon tea and cakes, evening cheese and wine! And a full hot breakfast to order!!!!! Seconds encouraged! Definitely staying here again.

I have to be honest: The mattress wasnt comfortable-maybe it was just me? My husband said it was fine for him.

Close proximity to beach & friendliness of staff. I enjoyed one of the breakfasts.

Decor needs updating. Rugs need to be replaced. At breakfast, waffles and pancakes were too thick. Coffee needs to be better tasting. Too bitter. Don’t know if it was coffee urn or type of coffee. I also felt the mattress was too hard.

The amenities were awesome. We enjoyed the conversations with staff and patrons during breakfast, tea/dessert hour and wine/cheese hour. The outside shower was a bonus and very helpful.

The only 'complaint' would be the window treatments could use periodic cleaning. The shades seemed oily/dusty. Also, the rooms do not need a lot of furniture. I know it is part of the decor, but just something to think about.

I enjoyed the second floor porch for the view and the breeze. The room was pretty although a little dingy and appeared to be dusty. I liked the fresh fruit at breakfast. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Good quality soaps and towels.

The offer of afternoon tea was nice but the cakes were not of good quality. The breakfasts were not the best. Only soft cooked eggs were the specialty items. Omelets would have been better. Muffins were doughy. Wine offered was not good. Second floor rooms had too many stairs.

Wait staff was amazing. Food was great.

Tub in room 10 is an accident waiting to happen. Should be told about it before booking. Delivery trucks idling in front 2 of 4 mornings during breakfast service. The noise!!

It was like going back in time to the Victorian era. The Angel is simply stunning and meticulously maintained. It's located across the street from the beach and walking distance to town. The food was delicious as well. From the made to order gourmet breakfast to afternoon tea and happy hour, everything was amazing.

View and balcony after we upgraded to that type room.

Bathroom was tiny and dangerous the way the shower was laid out. Tripped over cement block in front of shower a couple of times as it was right in way of toilet. Shower stall and sink were so tiny it was very difficult to use. Very difficult to climb steps if you have issues with walking. TV in room was so small the top section of screen was cut off. Watched a game and couldn’t even see the score since it was mostly cutoff on top of screen.

Breakfast was amazing! And the wine and antipasto plate in the afternoon was just lovely! Staff really made us feel special!

Door to the porch was next to our room and was generally slammed by other guests. We can request another area on our next visit.

Beautiful Victorian House. The staff was amazing. Free on site parking! Walking distance to beach access. It was a little more distance to get to the Washington St mall. The breakfast, tea time, and wine hour was very enjoyable!

Room 16 is LOUD! The entrance to the upper level rooms was directly next to room 16. I was awakened every time someone entered to building. Also, the cart for breakfast on the porch was wheeled in front of our window daily. I heard every table being set shortly before 8 a.m. The upper level balconies are private. With no access from the lower levels.

I loved that there was easy parking, the provided bikes, beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas! Staff was friendly and atmosphere was quaint.

I didn't love staying in room right off the dining room. The noise was not disturbing but in a few instances.
