Our room & facilities clean. Breakfast good,, usual hotel fare with bacon :), eating area clean & well stocked. No complaints, would stay here again. We travel quite a bit.

The value of this hotel is why we almost always stay here when in town. Its a clean comfortable hotel to stay at and the staff has always been super friendly and helpful. Its usually pretty busy so the pool and hot tub can be crowded but that is just because it is such a popular place. Having the restaurant attached is another perk and the food is very good also!

The free breakfast buffet would be better if you can take stuff to you room like most other Americinns. That said, I understand why you can't. It is because the free breakfast buffet is in an adjoining restaurant that is not part of the hotel.

From the outside this place looks dated. On the inside it is also dated but very clean. Our room and the bathroom was spotless. The comfort of the bed was exceptional!

Very large, older place, lots of walking. Pool needs some "attention ". Listed as downtown & was not near downtown.

The Mad Apple restaurant next door was very good.

Drunk couple next door having a physical fight and screaming f-bombs at 2am wasn't enjoyable. It continued an hour later when the male returned and tried to get back in the room. Their fighting wasn't the only problem. My issue was that the night staff didn't handle it, whether talking to them, evicting them or calling police. No one came up!! Another issue was a clear face print on the window for our room. Clear as in detailed print of ear, cheek and jaw line. Very disturbing???? Other than that we would stay here again as we do enjoy the pool, hot tub and pool area.

Salt water pool was the reason for staying there again. Wasn't as warm as a previous stay but still enjoyable. Bed was comfortable. While an older hotel it was still clean, neat and oderly. Only interaction with staff was the front desk at check in and for breakfast vouchers but they were pleasant, smiling and eager to help. Mad Apple breakfast was good and glad the hotel offers it.

Breakfast buffet was minimal, the food was barely warm and not good. We left most of it on the plates.

Breakfast was terrible. Vouchers were for only $6.50. Covered about 1/2 cost. Fruit cups were not fresh. Apples & pears appeared brown. Hash browns were undercootked. Toast not crisp. No selection of muffins or other breads. Coffee in lobby was better. Phone in room was dead line. Had to use personal cell to reach front desk. Poor lighting in bedroom area.

Breakfast was terrible. A buffet breakfast would be better.

Lack of channels on the TV and the walls are definitely thinner than I'm used to. Could hear snoring next door. Lighting existed but wasn't the best

Love the pool! Warm and well maintained. We were there when the hot tub was being redone but that's okay! The bed was comfy and clean.

The bed was like sleeping on a board. Advertises game room. We asked to have games turned on a couple different times with no luck.

Pool area is nice and large with tv. Pool is a saltwater pool and warm. Many poolside rooms.

The room next door 151 had obnoxious guests. Loud and vulgar until after 11:00. No answer at front desk but I did leave a msg online.

not enough lights, entrance lamp worked with floor lamp. Chairs in room not comfortable, there a table there but no lamp on table. Bathroom floor had dirt under counter. Walls are thin had loud neighbors yelling and jumping around, could hear there TV. Could use a few more outlets

The breakfast tasted fine but overall the experience was awful. Really slow and very deceptive. Didn't explain how it work and we had a lot of unexpected costs. Didn't tell us drinks were extra and took over an hour to finish.

It was a bit outdated but did the job for a one night stay.

We stayed for a Packers game and it was the perfect place for just the night before. We loved the bar/restaurant attached to the Clarionn and the location of the hotel is nice as its close to the interstate and many businesses.
