Housekeeping was bad. I had to go to the office to get more towels, tolite paper, and trash bags. EVEN when I put the dirty towels outside the door. Housekeeping didn't even make the bed when we were gone from the room.

The facility was very nice and clean.

No room service on a daily basis had to go to the front desk every day to get towels, soap, coffee, and cups. We had to empty our own trash.

The breakfast was very poor same items every morning coffee machine was broken and not repaired during our stay, the bread and muffins were served out as a minimum, no fruit.

Cleaning people didn’t bring towels nor did they take our trash so we had trash all on the floor

Worn in, small but again I was out and about and needed it to rest my head. I tried calling fron t desk but room phone was not connected and neither was the alarm clock. No biggie was it was just little things. Could've been a bit cheaper.

I liked the location to get to the side of the island I wanted to get to, and took the ferry. Everyone said it would be a 2l1 ton2 hour wait and it was not. Maybe a 5 min wait in line and 10 min wait on the ferry. I was on the 1st floor which was fine, view wasn't great but I wasn't there for that. Beds comfortable, good TV selection, AC worked well, aside from it looked like it had been really worn in, I was fine considering the fact that it was a friday during spring break.

When we arrived earlier then expected, lady at dest never got off phone and was really rude on letting us know we couldn't check in early. There was a sign in lobby that said we could check in early

Workers. They are not happy to be there. No smiles. Not welcoming. Cleaning lady complaining to me about my trash. Since I didn't want them cleaning my room and I put my trash outside my door. She said not to leave it out and that she couldn't be coming back and forth to get my trash. They only give you 2 large towels for 4 people in the room and won't give you more towels till you bring the other 2 large dirty ones. Took us a long time to shower, going back and forth. I left my dirty towels outside one day, and they didn't give me new ones. Very small pool. No pool towels. Bring your own towels. They kept deactivating my cards every day and had to get them re keyed. The room is small.

I love the breakfast nice and stocked till the end. Scrambled eggs, sausage links, waffles, cereal, bagels, toast, juice coffee. The hot tub was nice, not hot, only warm, but nice. It smelled nice, and it's clean. Carpets are a little worn down.

The soap was not much. We had to make a trip out to buy soap, shampoo and lotion.

The property was all good. The only problem we had was we could hear the conversation in the next room. They were not loud but up later than us and they were up at 6:30a.

Couch in our room didn’t turn into a bed, also looked outdated like it need to get replaced.

Lobby smells like chemicals or extremely strong air freshener. The furniture is worn. Breakfast: Unsure if they refill the baked goods daily. Room: I had room 108. It could benefit from a deep clean. It’s not MY kind of clean. It’s not necessarily dirty but it’s old. Mirrors behind the beds look atrocious, and there was only one working light for the whole room. Bathroom: There was mold on the ceiling and top of the bathroom walls, door frame of bathroom was rusted and peeling, towel rack is rusted, the toilet could have been cleaner but who knows how much they’re getting paid.

Check-in and check-out was easy and fast. Breakfast: For my caffeine drinkers, coffee is available all day. Breakfast had a decent assortment of food. We always went to grab food about 830-930 and were able to get the food we wanted. Room: Beds and pillows were pretty comfy and so was the little window seat. Decent size fridge.

Had asked for extra towels and they did not accommodate. Was asked to bring in used towels to trade in.

I made it right at 9:30 am so my fault for not taking full advantage of breakfast. Luckily was still able to get what was left over. Took advantage of pool and pleased with cleanliness.

The beds are too hard. The smoke detector went off. Complain to the lady at the front. Desk, she wanted me to change the battery myself because she said she was too short, couldn't do it. She finally moved us to another room. We got moved about 9 39 45 in the evening.

We like Aransas Pass. It's a good location, just a few minutes from the beach.
