Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesThere were ants and spiders in the beds and all over the couch and counters. We woke up with ant/spider bites each morning. We notified staff who said they would spray but there were still an insane amount of ants and spiders all over the home. It was impossible to be on any surface without having them crawl all over you.
Very cute, beds were very comfortable minus all the bugs

United StatesWe had an issue with the water and when I reached out to the number provided early in the morning, I received a text that someone would be contacting me. Several hours later, I reached out to the number provided again and was informed that they didn't open up until 9 and there weren't any supervisors available on the weekends. I was also told that they had a lot of properties that they are taking care of and would try to get the issue taken care of as soon as they could. 6 hours later finally someone came out to the property. Not impressed with the care of the issue that we had to deal with during our stay. We were not offered a discount for the inconvenience. But I guarantee if I didn't follow one of their rules on the agreement, I would have been charged the extra fees. If they are managing so many properties, then they need to have more staff available on the weekends as well as a supervisor on staff as well to handle issues that arise.
The tiny home was wonderful and very comfortable. The bed was comfortable, and the little fireplace felt amazing.

United StatesThe shower and bathroom sink were very small, but usable. The twin bed access required a heavy wood ladder to be put into place on hooks. We're in our late 50s, early 60s, so that was a little tough on these old bones. I would not suggest staying here with more than two people, and not with small children (under 7). The dorm-sized fridge had ample space in it, but it would not shut without a good slam. When we arrived, the fridge compartment had a wall of ice on the back. We didn't think much of it until we woke up to frozen eggs, grapes and salad kit. The tiny house concept is kinda fun, but the tiny spatula was hard to use, and the tiny couch wasn't very comfy for two of us.
This cabin appeared very new, well-decorated, and provided a fun and different kind of experience. It's basically a tiny house at 280 square feet, per the description, though I think it was actually less than that. It's solid pine on the inside, with cedar exterior. Full-size sink in the kitchen, but two small burners to cook on. The burners are induction, which was a different experience for us. We Googled how to use it. The queen bed and twin bed up in the loft areas were extremely comfortable. The queen is up the stairs - easy to access. The location was great for access to activities and sites in Dripping Springs. We saw several beautiful deer right in front of the cabin on afew occasions. That was a nice bonus! And lastly, the one communication I had with Kylie at Hill Country Premier was very pleasant. She was very receptive and offered to relay my message to the owners.

United StatesI loved everything about this place. I don't have any complaints. Would definitely stay here again. It was so peaceful, and the property was well maintained.
I loved everything about this place. When I opened the door, I was so pleased to see how nice it was. It was so comfortable and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, and the electric fireplace was a big bonus. I loved it!
