Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

softer towels, bathroom was a little dated and potty room needed a light. Breakfast was good, but the eggs were rubbery.
Hotel was big, room itself had plenty of room, ac worked great, bed was comfy, breakfast was nice. Plenty of options, and room to eat in the area designated for breakfast.

The room was not wiped down properly and there were crumbs on the king size bed. The elevator was very noisy and shaky and seemed like it could break down at any moment Staff wasn't as warm and welcoming as other locations.
The layout of the room and the price and location were perfect!

The hotel was dated. It needs a bit of renovation. The elevator needs repair. When it goes up/down, it wiggles. We were scared it would give up, and we would be stuck in it. The water pressure is low maybe because we stayed on the 3rd floor.
The rooms were huge! There is a big work area, sofa, big refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom shower and toilet are separated with a door. The rooms and bathroom were clean. The staff were very hospitable, respectful, and accommodating. The pool was nice. It looks like a resort. Breakfast was okay. They had sausages, eggs, waffles, yogurt, biscuit with gravy, cereals, and bread.

The shower was very dated. But that's the only minor thing we had an issue with.
The rooms are huge. Very comfortable. The pool and pool area very nice.

Mattress easily pushed to the side by 6 inches if you are shorter since beds are raised on a slippery platform without grips to hold it in place

The one guy in there didn't was amazing but the lady was very rude nd standoffish for no reason nd would threaten use about smoking outside whin there was a ashtray less thin 10feet awaye from were we was standing

The young lady at the front desk told us we could leave our motorcycles under the portico, but then put us in a room very far away and didn’t tell us it would be easier to park in the back lot. Then in the morning, there were no luggage carts. Breakfast was adequate.
It was easy to get to, sort of. Mostly it was ok to fine. Nothing really stood out.

The elevator was hot as if the heater was on

Pool was dirty and had numerous cockroaches floating in the pool bathtub had lots of rust.

It would have been nice if housekeeping would have come by and given us some more towels and toilet paper but I asked the front desk and they provided both of those things to me so it was really fine.
The room was spacious, the breakfast was great, the staff were all very nice and the check-in was super fast and easy.
