You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaIn the past we have enjoyed having our pet with us, but the hotel has raised the fee so high that we elected to leave our sweet dog behind in a kennel.
We have stayed at the Arlington many, many, many times since the 1980's. We have experienced its transitions over the years. We are pleased to note that the new owner is making renovations to this iconic building. Its location is ideal for walking the town of Hot Springs.

This beautiful old hotel is in a great location. Easily walkable to the old town for the main sites. The interior is very grand and the staff all very friendly and helpful. Parking was valet or self park (1/2 block away).

United States of AmericaWalls are cracking and peeling with parts gouged out. Floors and baseboards are old and peeling. Ceilings in the lobby that were once absolutely stunning are cracking and peeling. The window sill in the room had exposed wood, and the drapes could very well be original. From decades ago. I had to work up my courage to get into a shower that looked like it belonged in an old camp house. I know the hotel is a historical site, but honestly - I’m pretty sure many improvements can be made without compromising original styles. And let me add, the results would be stunning. So, Arlington Hotel - why not become a beautiful statement once again?
The location is excellent. Cute little restaurants and stores are in walking distance. Mountain trails are close by. Valet parking is very convenient. The lobby gathering area is fun. Once the outer restoration is finished, the porch will be amazing and enjoyable. The ice cream shop (although pretty plain in appearance) is very good.

United States of AmericaNot much. With historic hotels come a slight inconvenience of size proportions - the showers are smaller, bathrooms tighter. As long as you know it's historic that's acceptable because you are staying the night in a hotel that was open in the early 1900s.
Absolutely stunning historic hotel. Some areas still need renovation (I mean it's hard when it's over 100 yrs old); but if you can look past a few cosmetic things you get to appreciate the history. We love staying in historic hotels, it's clean, beds were comfortable with very nice pillows. We were only there for a quick overnight on our travels back but it's a lovely hotel. The two staffers at the front desk at check in were incredibly warm and friendly. Couldn't have asked for a nicer place on our last night on the road trip.

United States of AmericaThis is a very dated hotel. I appreciate that it's being updated, but a few more amenities in the room might help: ear plugs, bellman to carry suitcase up the front stairs (I'm recovering from knee surgery).
The location is perfect for walking around Hot Springs. The bed was comfortable. The outlets near the bed allowed me to charge my phone at night.

United States of AmericaOur room left much to be desired. Bathroom was pretty sad. Our room and furnishings were tired but adequate. Carpeting was really cringeworthy. I have high hopes to return to a renovated hotel after the remodeling project. It would be a shame to lose a historic gem like this.
This is a beautiful vintage hotel. I hope its remodeling project helps return this hotel to a better state. The bar and lounge with bandstand, were great. Good cocktails and appitizers. The pool area is spectacular and should be advertised better. What a beautiful Eden looking out to the National Park. We also enjoyed a mineral bath in the spa. It is steps away from awesome restaurants and walking the bathhouse row attractions.
