We arrived and was pleasantly pleased with the location, the style of hotel and the staff. The size and decor of the room was great. Nigel was very knowledgeable about the area and helpful in pointing us around. We appreciated the relaxed vibe overall.

I loved the design and decor. It was modern yet had historical elements. The bed was very comfortable and the walk-in shower was a treat. The hotel had a great lobby with a lot of seating and a nice bar. The location was convenient to the pedestrian area and nearby restaurants.

Very modern and cool. Lovely staff. Excellent location. And the BEST coffee I’ve ever had in the US. It was as good as what you get in NZ or Aus. Great Art in the rooms too!

I honestly can’t think of one bad thing about this hotel. The location is perfect!! Bars and restaurants within walking distance. Famous attractions just as close. The accommodations are comfortable and unique. The staff!!! OMG the staff was amazing!! I work in hospitality and I hope that everyone that works at this property gets to see this review. You all made our 24 hour trip to Memphis one we will never forget. We will be back because we now feel like friends and family. Probably never stay anywhere else again while going to Memphis!!

The food isn’t all that great but that was okay , the Minnie fridge had good snacks

The whole hotel is a major vibe, from the front door we where greeted and treated like family. From check in till check out ! No complaints

The house keeping could have been better, eg bed was made up properly, we made and it wasn’t touched. Glasses weren’t changed. Needed a kettle or hot drinks in room.

not much! we truly enjoyed the stay. Ok, so perhaps a grab rail in the shower? Oh, the stuffed swans were weird.

The room was very clean , large and well appointed. Gorgeous bathroom. We loved the location as we could walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. We are active seniors who really enjoyed the hotel lobby. It is so funky, with a gorgeous bar and the best people watching and dog petting around! We chatted with a number of younger adults - it is clear that the lobby is a great meeting place for local young adults, some seniors and their well-behaved pets. Oh! and i forgot to mention that their is a bakery and coffee cafe right in the lobby! Stay here!

After moving the slide doors in our room, we found the mirrors very dirty from previous occupants. Soon sorted after cleaners had been but should have been done beforehand if more thorough

Just 2 suggestions.. Have coffee more readily available before 7am. Coffee shop in lobby opened earlier for drip coffee or some type of maker in room. Carpet, rugs, casters underneath chairs in rooms. The hotel has a cool loft/warehouse feel but concrete floor to ceiling allows for a lot of noise when chairs are moved.

Always a cool vibe at Palisociety hotels. All Staff were very attentive and helpful. Proximity to best points of interests!
