Just a tiny discomfort on the time it took the heaters to warm up the cabin. But once those were running over 12 hours, the cabin kept warm

Not there fought but a horrible wind storm came and was without power for about 24 hours. Be prepared with flashlights and lots of blankets to stay warm. Never saw staff around but really never needed them. They did keep us up to date about power through text.

The cabin was very cozy away from all the traffic. It was very clean, beds was comfortable. It was stocked with a few items that was helpful. We stayed a week and it was a very nice stay.

Would have liked to use the fire pit but the office was closed the entire time we were there so no way to get firewood.

The TV/cable would go out for a bit then come back on. This occurred throughout our stay. The refrigerator was very small. We had gnats in the kitchen and bathroom. There was no body wash in the dispenser, but there was a basket with shampoo and conditioner.

The rustic nature, cabin was a log cabin, and my dogs had good area to walk.

Wish the store front had a person to talk to during day time hrs to buy wood for fire pit, they reached out via email and booking msg daily however cell phone reception was at its worst even connected to Wi-Fi. So would have been nice to see a friendly face.

Location location location! The price was unbeatable and having the double sink really made a difference for us having a toddler

Not enough comfortable seating for disabled spouse

We were very happy with our cabin and the location is excellent. Staff is very friendly and helpful. And to top things off, we met a couple and became great friends and already planning for a trip back to Gatlinburg next fall

The wi-if was pretty bad and the tv kept going in and out constantly, but wasn’t a deal breaker since we didn’t watch much of it. The towels could use an upgrade to ones that aren’t stained up, but we brought our own so no biggie. Nothing so bad it would prevent us from returning!

I absolutely loved this entire little cabin! The shower was amazing and the cabin itself was cozy and inviting. I love how it came fully equipped with everything and there was an opportunity to have an outside fire with seating and cook on the grill. It was very clean and the staff was friendly and everything was so quiet. The bonus is that they allow pets for responsible pet owners, but I have a service animal so it wasn’t an issue. I will definitely stay here again on another trip!

Nice and quiet it was about 20 minutes from town the camper 21 was super roomie it was nice and clean easy to get out of the camp grounds there fire pit out side with a nice picnic table
