Its an older building- not allot of outlets in the rooms. Everything else seemd to work fine.

I wish the restaurant was open on Sunday. We were only able to stay one night and didn't get to enjoy our favorite restaurant in this town. I was able to cook a delicious dinner in our room though, because of the fully equipped kitchen.

I love this historic hotel, we stay here every time we travel thru the area. I love having a full kitchen in my room. If you stay in the historic side of the hotel ,which we prefer, you actually have a full apartment with separate rooms. If you don't have something you need in your room, you have only to ask and it will be provided to you. The location also has a great restaurant and pub, and is within walking distance of other food establishments, as well as the beautiful town park and shops. Hot breakfast served buffet style, plentiful and with many choices, is wonderful.

Each room had its own thermostat, but the room temperatures didn't respond to any warmer or colder changes we made. The water in the shower started hot but quickly cooled down to lukewarm. This happened in the evening and in the morning. We were told it was likely due to others taken showers at the same time.

The bed was harder then I like but that just preference.

The breakfast was very good. A lot more to chose from then I thought there would be! We ate at the restaurant there and was very good! The staff is very friendly. The rooms are Like a small apartment. Older but very clean! Was nice to have the full fridge to put our cooler food in!

The Arrow is a great hotel with a historic feel. My room was in the main building which is adjacent to the town square, towards the back of the building. Not much of a view, but since I was in town visiting family, that was not important. The restorative work they are doing is a nice enhancement. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to others.

Trying to find out if we needed to share a bathroom with other hotel guests, because the information on booking.com stated the room had a “shared bathroom”. We were happy to find out that there was no sharing a bathroom with other hotel guests. I would suggest to have that information updated, as we almost didn’t stay because of it.

They always ran out of orange juice by 9:00. I finally started going to the coffee shop across the street. My room was spacious and perfectly suited for my purposes on this trip.

The shower was super tiny, and there were no streaming services on the TV. The breakfast was the same everyday. Eggs biscuits and gravy and potatos, waffle option but same hot breakfast daily.
