We were 6 people and the sofa mattress was horrible, you could feel the iron. It’s a very huge space (for 6 people perfect) so it’s a shame

Common area with pool, gym etc. Very nice accommodation, huge space Location is perfect near the main centre

Living room furniture (sofa and 2 chairs) weren't very comfortable

We stayed in a 2-bedroom/2 bath villa and it was quaint and cozy with lots of room. The location is very close to the shops and restaurants in Sedona. Beds were very comfortable and we loved the fireplace to take off the chill at night.

Cons: Master bedroom smelled like urine so we left the balcony door open at night to let it air out. The sliding doors have broken locks and must be manually removed from the catch. Only one of two locks works on the front door. Water left our skin very dry.

Pros: Villa space is excellent, kitchen makes a major difference along with multiple bathrooms. The location is amazing. Right next to the Sedona strip and bordered by Oak Creek. Plenty of amenities in the front building.

The common area is a little outdated. Pool cues to play pool were not usable, tennis paddles are plastic. I assume the kids play with those. Bring your own equipment.

Very friendly staff, the house is spacious and had everything we needed. Amazing location, close to shops and restaurants. Having a pickleball court was a huge bonus as well. Housekeeping was so nice to have on a daily basis.

Although outdated some parts still has a charm on it.

The rooms are clean and bed matress are comfy. The unit is old fashioned but functional. All you need was stocked and fireplace is awesome for cold weather. Uptown is right up there. Going to oak creek for a picnic or just hangout was also awesome.

As I say, the decor was a bit tired. We were also disappointed by the precise location - it's down an access road, sandwiched between a car par and other commercial buildings. No views of the hills, or even of the town, which was a disappointment.

The condo itself was lovely - if very 70s (jacuzzi bath, no less) and the decor was a little tired. There was loads of room, and the place was immaculate. Good facilities (pool, pool table): overall, it was a good experience.

The best place over our 1 month travel in the States. We get lucky to get this huge 2 floors villa where my family finally had enough space. All the previous rooms that we had were small and tiny, and this one was a paradise for us. We also had a waschmaschine, which we could use for free, which was perfect in the middle of Europe trip. On the second floor, we also had one jazzuzi, which we enjoyed a lot after a long day in the Grand Canyon. It's also a swimming pool, jazzuzi, and a sauna for common us, but in September, there were only us. We definitely recommend it. We will stay there again on our next trip in the States.

The check-in process was a little slow for me but the internet was down in the community.

the property was gorgeous as well as the "room". We only stayed one night but will be back to enjoy the balconies. These are townhouse style rooms and are huge. Plenty of space for a family. The resort also offers a large pool c9nnected to the hottest and game rooms, which we utilized and kept the little one busy.

The Arroyo Roble was really a wonderful resort with no drawbacks that would negate our return. It is a great value. The villas may be a little older, but the only thing missing would be new carpet and a rug in the living area.

The location just down the hill off the main strip was wonderful for evenings in town. The resort has a beautiful garden in the center with a fountain complete with swings and seating that made for peaceful moments outside. The villa was well appointed with everything we might need, and the in room laundry was excellent with all activities we did in Sedona. Great value and incredible location!

It is a lot older than it appears on the photos. The windows at the pool need to be polished - rather badly. (But other than it was clean.)

The hotel is right in the middle of Sedona with easy access to the main street, shops, tours, and restaurants. We had a full two-story apartment, with kitchen, multiple bed- and bathrooms, perfect for three people and with plenty of room for more. Great place to stay.
