The room was very large. The shower was nice. Big TV.

Freeway noise was loud.

Great hotel, nice pool area and decent free breakfast, also free parking!

The traffic noise was horrible, the bed was uncomfortable, no fitted sheet on the bed, every time you rolled over or moved the sheet bunched up, conditioner leak, wet carpet. Dog area was just dirt.

The breakfast was very good but very hot at the time of breakfast .

Well, next time I will know to be on the third floor because I was on the second floor and the party above us was hideous. I did have to go to the front desk and request that they tone it down because it was ridiculous the noise. It stopped for a while, but then it started up again, but I left it alone. I didn’t go to the front desk and ask for them to stop. I do realize everybody has kids. I respect that as so, do I but as a parent, you have to control when you’re in a setting like that or an environment and consider others.. The fan in the bathroom did not work at all, and the microwave that was in the room was very unstable. It slid in and out.. The cooler stayed on all night. It said it was controlled by the thermostat and we tried, but was not working so we left it alone.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. I got in at 10pm and was greeted with a friendly staff.

Great continental breakfast, rooms were clean, and very spacious!!! Definitely coming back!!!

Huge room. Decently clean. Plenty of breakfast for everyone.

The property seemed a little run down. The location was on the cliff overlooking the freeway, so zero view. The pool was out of towels and , when I texted the host for more, I never got a response. There was a party of baseball kids taking headshots with water pistols at one another and the adults, who were happily getting drunk and not caring about their kids, were getting sprayed. In the end the entire pool area and the hallway into the hotel and up to the check in counter was drenched. I understand swim at your own risk, but I’d expect staff to make the occasional check in to ensure a basic level of satisfaction for all guests.

Shower took quite along time to come up to temperature.

Location was great. Decent breakfast, good coffee in the lobby.

Room wasn’t cleaned well. There were cobwebs and dust on the ceilings, a literal hand print on the wall and we were missing our room fridge. Our last day the lights were out in the elevator and the staff had to put flashlights in for guests.
