A little surprised and disappointed that the bathroom didn't have a tub. Would have been nice to have and to know that beforehand.

Always nice to have an included breakfast with a hotel stay. Bed was comfortable, room was clean.

The carpet on our floor was pretty dirty and could use a vacuum. The lobby was under construction but they seemed to have the dust contained.

The staff and location are wonderful. We were under a timeline so we didn't eat breakfast but the coffee was good.

The couch was dirty, the sink counter top had been broken and glued back together unprfessionally done. The desk had a big piece of wood missing from the left corner. The toilet still had feces in it. That was disgusting... The carpet in the room and corridors were not as clean as one would expect or like. They did not have a do not disturb sign in the room. Nor did they have any available at the front desk.

The breakfast was good. It provided all of the necessary essential breakfast items. The Room was nice, and large enough and comfortable for one person. The bed was very comfortable. I really liked that i was able to open the windows and they had blackout blinds. That was a plus. I'd stay there again.

The food - I think higher quality and less options would be better. Neighboring room locked a large dog in the bathroom where they barked the entire time we were getting ready on Sunday morning. Our bathroom door squeaked like a haunted house. Sunday morning we called in a service order. There was no water from 1-4 so we came back close to 5 and the door was not rectified. At that point we went to the desk and waited for the maintenance person. Then it was addressed.

Location - staff - soundproofing in the rooms well done. We were on the freeway and did not hear the noise. Good towels and linens. Convenient dog walking supplies. Nice lobby and seating area. The oatmeal

10 minutes running the shower yo get warm water — that’s not very eco friendly! The breakfast was like every other chain now offering breakfast — carb heavy and just meh.

Lighting in the bathroom was too dumb and the toilet made a loud noise when it was flushed.

Beds were comfortable and the room was spacious.

Carpet in room and hallways were very dirty and smelled terrible from pets and carpet in room smelt of pet urine and was told by front desk attendant there were no other rooms available due to hotel being sold out for the night. Was given spray by hotel staff to go spray my own carpet and return the spray asap!

Breakfast was good with a wide variety of items to choose from. Room and bed were very comfortable and the staff was very friendly.

The accomodations suited our family well, but housekeeping needed to detail the room a little more. We found remains of what appeared to be a food fight in the corner of the wet bar, in the rolling chair cushions, and behind the sofa. I suppose in an attempt to be more green the open areas and hallways of the Inn are not cooled. In the Fall of 2024 there is a plan renovate the guest room baths.

Breakfast selection and presentation, and cleanliness was excellent. Conscientious employees doing their best to help guests out and make things right. Pool and hot tub area is always clean and fun. Restrooms in the lobby/pool and fitness center are clean. You can use you games console, by asking the front desk for the remote to Change the input on the room tv. If you want more light in your room during the day make sure to ask for a South or West facing room, because the east facing rooms are darker, but being darker they are not as warm. There is a PELOTON bike treadmills free weights and benches in the fitness center, but we used the free weights and medicine balls most of all. My family had a lot of fun and rested at the Hampton Inn.

The shade over window was broken and needs to be replaced.Bathroom clean but needs update in shower. Very comfortable,staff was very friendly and welcomed you right away. Breakfast has a great variety and the staff kept it well stocked.

Only two things. Bathroom didn't have a vent system and the water was going down the drain slowly.

The room was very clean, beds were comfortable and AC worked well. Breakfast had a nice variety and included a small amount of warm items. All staff was friendly.

The room I stayed in this time was not satisfactory. The hot water supply was terrible, especially in the afternoon when I returned from work. I mentioned it to the front desk. It was vague about other complaints from guests in that area of the hotel.

Usually a room has a book in it that gives you details on the hotel and surrounding areas. I chose this hotel for the gym, but the gym had a lot of unusable cardio equipment. The room was not cleaned and stocked daily.

The room was just fine. The bed was comfortable. Everything was clean.

My sons said some of the bathroom dispensers that held shampoo for the shower were low or out but I used them and it helps to have these ammenities when traveling, but not a big deal.

The hot breakfast available each morning was great. It was decent, and it saved us money when eating out.
