The suites have NO cooking, eating or service utensils. It is silly to have a stove, microwave and frig in the room if there is nothing to cook with.

The front desk staff is very kind. The pool facilities are wonderful.

Strange vacuuming after midnight on the floor above us. Stayed a week and happened 2 nights. I thought I was dreaming it, until the second time. We also got some heavy steppers above us on other nights, too. That’s less in their control, but I’d definitely try to get a top floor room if possible the next go around.

Cat friendly and accommodated an early check in. Restaurant food was excellent. Kind staff.

They don't offer a free breakfast. The cafe on site is ok, but service was a bit slow. I wish the coffee service was a bit better.

The staff was friendly. The property is very well maintained. Wi-Fi was great in the room. I love that there's a lot of space for walking the dog. The pool area is wonderful.

Very disappointed in Luna Cafe this year. Prices were high given what we ordered. There were no mid-point meals except one salad. Selection was very limited. Won't eat there again unless changes are made. Signage was difficult to decipher. No sign in hallway leading to pool. We followed a sign outdoors that led us on a wild goose chase.

The room was spacious. Lots of surface space for suitcases, food, belongings. View from the windows/sliding door was serene and beautiful. The pool temperature was perfect...not too cold! Room was very quiet. Beds were comfy. Loved having two vanity sinks for our party of 3.

Luggage cart did not roll smoothly nor easily. Plus the sidewalk ramp to push it up was lifted up from one concrete part to the others so very hard time getting it into building. They need to shave down the uplift. Decor inside vintage 70’s …kind of ugly. Room numbers very rustic and cheap looking…could be much nicer.

We were to receive an ADA room however were told that for soem reason the manager changed it to a regular room. This meant that there were no grab bars around the toilet nor was there a roll in shower - both of which I need due to being in a wheelchair.

Property and grounds are very nice. The cafe and spa are great features. PArking was free and easy to find, espcially disable parking which we needed/used. Room was clean and beds comforable.

there was quite a bit of garbage in our patio garden patch. the first night (saturday) was rather expensive. the coffee bar was poorly maintained for a mid-morning sunday.

the location along the landscaped ravine was lovely! the patio and access to the pool and larger gardens were delightful. the in room amenities - shower, micro, beds, fridge - all worked well.

I miss the complimentary breakfast but you may purchase breakfast and coffee in the cafe.

Very clean room, towels, bathroom! Easy check-in. EV charging on site and Tesla Supercharger 1 block away.

1. Thick layer of dust on top of the refrigerator. 2. Nobody arrived to set up the free breakfast. There wasn’t even coffee available. 3. The front desk did not even know that nobody had failed to set up for breakfast

The Luna Cafe seemed mismanaged, they were out of several items just as dinner was to start.

The check in was smooth, the Lady at the front desk was accommodating and helpful when we had a few issues. Would definitely stay again here as we really enjoyed the pool area.

Awkward access through heavy stair fire doors if not using elevator.

Rooms are very spacious, lots of amenities on site (pool, hot tub, restaurant, laundry, fitness center), close to services, and comfortable beds. Staff were friendly.

Sleeper sofa was uncomfortable to sit on. The bottom cushion kept scooting out. Could have used some larger chairs in the suites smoking area. Under kitchen sink garbage can liner didn't fit. Kept falling in the can. There is a hot plate but nothing to cook with or supplies to clean up with. No vent if you did cook something.

Good area for smokers. Smelled clean even with it being pet friendly. Card lock to get into our section of the building. We were given a choice what floor we wanted to stay on. We were checked on by text twice if we were enjoying our stay and if we needed anything. Ample parking available. Restaurant on site. Many beautiful sitting areas around the property.

The restaurant seemed lacking. We only stopped for a drink at the bar, but the restaurant looked closed and there were no waitresses.

The on-site cafe, Luna cafe, was poorly managed. Staff were filling beverage orders out of sequence that customers had placed, they had dropped several cups, an espresso handle, and replaced paper filters all within a minute and not washing their hands. It was chaotic.
