it was dirty. i found weird stains on the bedding, chair and towels. the hotel also has a pretty bad smell. definitely don’t recommend

When I made my reservation it was for a King Suite that had a separate sitting area but that is not the room I was given. I was told that do to inventory, I was given the room that was given and that my rate could be adjusted but never happened

I went downstairs a few times to ask for something and the one person there was very busy.

Looks like more staff are needed on site. I witnessed one person checking guests in, and she was also the only one answering the phone and prepping breakfast.

No parking for my truck and trailer it was towing. I was told it wouldn’t be a problem, but I had to park it at a nearby business. The four alarm in my room was sitting on the desk with no batteries. It was not operational. No elevator to the second floor. I didn’t have many bags but was very tired and it would have been nice not to climb stairs.

Never left enough towels, had a 2 queen bed room with 4 persons and only 2 towels, maid said didn't have enough had to go to front desk for more towels, also had trouble getting tv to turn on and called front desk and no one ever showed up. I think you are short staffed.

My shower didn’t work. There was no breakfast when I went to down to eat. No creamer for coffee. I asked for creamer and they didn’t have any at all. The staff tried to give me some milk that was 2 days expired.😡

Maintenance/Cleaning (2-3 males and one petite female) staff were kinda creepy hanging outside the annex building smoking and glaring at all hours of the night. The bed was hard and the pillows were not comfortable, the room smelled like crawfish and it was coming from the freezer in the mini fridge. AC unit didn’t function properly.

It’s old and doesn’t seem very well kept up. My shower was out of hot water and in fact there was not much water. Someone caused the door to the outside from my hallway to be locked and it meant a very long walk to my car from my room and staff was not particularly helpful. Pool was very murky. Breakfast was not great and coffee very weak.

I loved the layout of this motel. I could just go out my sliding glass door to use the pool or just sit outside.

They trying and overview of the job people are doing. They are working on remodeling. The people that are doing it are doing a messy job. The house keepers need to be checked. Rooms need to be checked to make sure everything is working. I have stayed two week ends in a row and have had problems. The wash cloth looked like they had pee on them. And the couch looked like someone peered or spilled something on it.

It is close to the Temple and food places.
