We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandIf you are looking for some quiet in Aspen, check out this place! Our room was located on the upper floor in the second last building (the red one’s). The view wasn’t very spectacular due to the trees just close to the windows. It felt a little like in a treehouse, we liked it. Our room was very spacious and clean with a well equipped kitchen, an eating area and a comfortable living room. The hotel provides a free shuttle service to Aspen, so you can leave your car in the parking garage. They also offer a convenient golf cart service to and from your room with your luggage (the property itself doesn’t allow to drive with your own car).

Very quiet place to stay and convenient to the Aspen Music Festival. My mom needed a ground floor room and they were very accommodating
