Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Bad location! Lots of vagrants/unhoused people in immediate area (surrounding woods, etc, littered with trash and camps). Parking lots were NOT well lighted, did not feel safe to walk dogs after datk. My car was rifled when parked by designated "dog area" which is behind building and where I was told to park. Don't park back there!
Nice, comfortable, large rooms, good bed, clean. Decent mid-range hotel. Kind of a "Super 8" type property. Quiet, not much noise except from airport traffic - runways are just a few blocks away.

There was no place close to get a meal. Good thing we ate dinner before hand and then just got breakfast at the airport. They had coffee and tea in the lobby. There was a kitchenette in our spacious room, but we got to the hotel by city bus so had no way to go out and buy food.
The hotel had everything that we needed to transition from our expedition cruise to the next leg of our trip - flying out of the airport to Anchorage to do more sight seeing by land up there. The laundry room was SO HELPFUL. We were able to wash our clothes, buy a snack from the machine. The next morning we just walked to the airport rolling our carryon suitcases, which was a first time experience!

It is far from downtown... I guess it is convenient just for the airport. Not many places to eat in walking distance anyway, but this is not hotel's fault.
Staff was excellent and supportive to give us a place to work on the checkout date! Rooms were spacious and clean!

While the location we thought was ideal—- near airport— not having a shuttle service to airport was our major disappointment and we had to arrange limo service that cost more than hotel stay just to make it to our last few miles. It would be better to have stayed downtown Juneau

Had laundry facilities but no way to get quarters to run machines. Suggestion was to go back into town 20 minutes. Also could not give any suggestions for walkable restaurants even though we found some

The McDonalds which is a short distance away is a joke. Reasons? Not a good place to eat...

did not like. the staff checked us in with the dog, and after 3 days, they issued an additional bill for the dog, and after 3 days we were asked to move to another room. No one helped us move our things, and we ourselves were forced to walk from one floor to another. As a result, with this relocation we left our pillow in the room, but the next day when we contacted the reception, the manager said that the pillow was not there. They stole our pillow, moved us to another room, and charged us additional money for the dog, 3 days after check-in. for 6 nights we paid about $2100.
I liked it, clean, bright, well-kept room.

They should clean our room. They never clean our room within 5 days of our stay. I request it but they never come and clean it.

Location is near the airport. The room was very clean and well equipped with kitchen supplies. Communication pre-visit was very good, explaining their check-in and check-out times, which matter a lot in my flight schedule; early morning and very late-night. Security is good here also. Spacious room, comfortable bed.

Great hotel especially because it's near the airport.the rooms are spacious and nice. It's also near lots of good places to eat like Donna's. We also ate at the hanger and the Junrau restaurant
