Breakfast did not live up to expectations. Coffee and packaged mini donuts. Supposedly available between 6 & 9 AM. Nothing was out at 7 AM including coffee cups. There was broken down car parked in from to lobby door. It had been there some time judging from the puddle of oil surrounding it on the driveway. Lobby was dirty

Very loose toilet seat! It needs to be tightened or repaired. I reserved on line no smoking and a queen bed and we got a king smoking room. So it smelled and I don’t sleep well in a king bed.

They didn’t even tell us there was a breakfast I didn’t see a room for it so they must not have one! Not any coffee either!

Was not a clean hotel. Room was nasty smelling with cigarette smoke, it was gross, did not request a smoking room.burn holes all over the carpet. Nothing was stocked, no coffee maker, no ice container,etc. floor tiles were loose and breaking away in the bathroom. Tub didn't look very clean.

Not very clean, the stairs needed vacuuming. There was constant noise of people working. The breakfast was pathetic. Pastries in a bag. Gross! Staff and workers could be more friendly and smile.

When we arrived the first thing was the office area was dirty windows full of hand prints hall and stairs had not been vacuumed got to room no bath towels or soap dirty towel from previous guest hanging behind bathroom door manager did not want to remove it told me too. WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN!!!!!!

No housekeeping until last day, when we asked. Trash in hallway for 3 days until we complained. Bed didn't fit frame. AC was terrible.

Our room was left open when we arrived. It wasn’t fully cleaned. There were people hanging around in the parking lot so we didn’t feel safe. Was not cleaned for the three days that we were. There was very lacking.

The room was dusty/dirty and the bathroom faucet was horribly dirty, spraying water in all directions. The shower curtain rod was poorly installed, sagging to allow the curtain to move from both ends toward the middle. it snowed 10” the first night we stayed and the lot wasn’t plowed by 10AM. went to the desk and they said plow was broken and was in process of being fixed. plow showed up 20 minutes after I said two cars were stuck. plow driver said he didn’t have mechanical issues. I believe the manager was hoping everyone could manage until it melted. But thanks for supplying shovels to dig ourselves out.

Bedding was dirty and it could have been wiped better . But all in all it looked as described the light was hanging and was strobing . (Sketchy)”and mirrors were dirty .

Not very clean and bed was hard. Had a bad odor in the room. Also gave us a room where the door was cracked near the locks like someone had kicked it in previously.

It was very quiet and the staff were friendly. Had hot water.

The heat could of been left on. Middle of the winter and they didn't turn on the heat in the room. So it was indeed freezing in the room. After 2 hours with their heaters on it was pretty cold we had to ask for an additional space heater. (Also they had 2 heaters in the room a wall unit that was extremely loud) By the time we used the jacuzzi tub my feet were so cold they burned going in the water.. not the funniest way to spend your evening or money on. The room door wouldn't close with out really forcing it.

The room looked fairly nice. Like they made an effort to make it look more modern. The staff was friendly. The room was a bit spacious. Easy access from the road.

The pictures of the rooms are NOT WHAT THEY ACTUALLY ARE. If you're going to promote your hotel show pictures of the basic room not the suites. Will never stay here again ot wasn't worth the money I spent. There were murders that happened at this location a few years back

A huge bloody spot on sheet covering box spring. Told the office worker about it. He did nothing about it after telling me he would check it out.
