It's unacceptable that a place this expensive has AC only in the main room, and also, that AC is EXTREMELY noisy, making really hard to have a nice sleep, and also, rendering useless the sofa bed in the living room (our son couldn't have slept in there with the steady 30°C in the living room). Also, it's kind of disappointing that, despite of clearly stating 3 guests, they only provided beach towels for 2. Finally, although the pools are really nice, it's kind of disappointing that none of the provided keys worked to enter those pools, and we have to end up asking other people to let us in (fortunately there was always people in there). And the fact the front desk closes as early as 4:30PM is also surprising.

We loved the place. Our only nit was that all of the knives weren't sharp.

Place is a bit dated. Could do with some more cooking utensils, plates and cutlery and a clothes drying rack. Gets quite warm even in April. There is a portable AC for the main bedroom but it is too noisy to sleep with. Fortunately they have some high quality ceiling fans in both bedrooms which made sleeping possible.

There were stairs from the parking lot to access even the ground floor units. We had a second floor unit, adding even more stairs. There is no air conditioning in any of the units.
Great location near beaches and restaurants.The condo was very large and had a nice garden view. The grounds were beautiful, with easy walking paths.

Would have loved alternate day cleaning and replacing of the towels, making the bed etc. Preliminary condiments and other items would have been greatly appreciated (like salt, oregano, garlic powder, etc.).

The web site clearly states the use of the Poipu beach club but the reception desk at Aston said guests Do Not have access.

The Clydesdale Family was staying in the upstairs unit had 9 people and no sound insulation between floors. I would never stay here again in a lower unit. The living room couch needed to be replaced years ago - the internal structure was so compromised it was dangerous to even sit on it. The unit needs a fresh coat of paint on all the trim.
The location was great, as it was close to great beaches and an excellent area for walking. The lanai was peaceful with beautiful landscaping—a quiet decompression place. The condo was clean and provided a much better experience than any hotel room.

The units have different layout. Some are spacious but some are not. But all felt a little bit outdated.
The units are close to beach, some with pleasant view. Easy to find the car park. The manager and the lady at front desk are supportive.

The late check in is a little bit complicated… you arrive super tired and then you have to call a person , etc… you don’t expect to do this until you get there… Smell of the sheets were NOT nice , like they were not washed or not super clean. I really disliked this. Advise the staff to double check this .

I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the ceiling fan for more than 4 hours at a time. Memory foam mattresses get warm and it would have been nice to have ceiling fans running throughout the night. I would have liked hand soap and a kettle in the room
