United StatesIt seemed like a lot of areas were closed because of not being open and the keys sometimes didn’t work. I found the front desk staff to be quite rude and off putting. For example I received countless automated texts asking me to come to the front desk for a gift as I am a Hilton honors member. When I went to the front I was handed a sheet of paper with activities and told this was my “gift”. Parking was a little sparse and we often had to park far away.
I really enjoyed the facilities and the decor was excellent. The pool areas were nice and they were clean.

United StatesNot a complaint, just suggestions: Perhaps some written information about how to operate some thoughtful items such as room darkening shades or bathroom furnishings would be helpful. As a new establishment the staff members were also new and not thoroughly familiar with all of procedures and operation of all appliances, furnishings, etc. Terminology was also unfamiliar to some new employees. Directions and instructions provided by some employees has us walking often in the wrong direction (and the property is huge!)
Beautiful, well furnished with all of the latest amenities. The condo/villa we had a very well-furnished kitchen with good appliances and even a rice cooker! We prepared our own breakfast every morning. Everything in our unit was comfortable and well appointed. Staff was very friendly.

United StatesWe didnt have access to the beach club or the beach pool / hotttub - which was why we booked this place We went for our honey moon and not once did that get acknowledged even tho I told the front desk Our views to our room was looking over a construction zone We couldnt make it to the first night stay because of the storm and they hotel refused to refund us - even though over 1/2 the resort wasnt even usable!! and the streets were closed around it

United StatesLocation not ideal, not much around the area for tourists. No restaurants or shops to walk to. Area is very windy in the afternoon. Large pool slide is open only on certain hours so we didn't get to use it. Need towel cards for towels, inconvenient.
Housekeeping services while we stayed, place is new and modern and very clean. We felt just at home. Lots of security around so we felt safe. My toddler accidentally left the room without us knowing and they found him and brought him back. Great game room and gym on site.

United StatesStaff members were not well trained and not familiar with the contents of rooms and often did not respond to requests because of language needs. Over time this should improve. How can a facility run out of coffee? Unbelievable! Five days without coffee!
Nice, new facilities. Clean, quiet, great furnishings and great kitchen appliances. Staff members were friendly, courteous, and tried to be helpful.
