Breakfast was good. I was disappointed that no one let me know that things were under construction so there wasn’t the amenities available that were listed and that I was expecting ie: pool was not open.

Although the gym had 2 cardio machines, there were no weights.

It was a far nicer hotel than we would have expected for Glendive, MT. The entire building was very clean, and the rooms were very comfortable and fairly spacious.

There was food in the fridge when we went to put ours in, the TV didn't work the girl at front desk came up but couldn't get it working couldn't get it turned off so was 0n all night causing distracting sleep,no cups in room for water,my daughter steeped on a screw on the floor,lamp on wall on one side didn't work so yes very disappointing, I really think w I should get money back on this place.

The hotel had just switched to Hilton Honors, and we were told this as soon as we checked in. It would have been helpful to receive notice of that before we arrived. The breakfast was laughable (bagels, bread, two juice choices) and we found in poor taste the sign suggesting purchasing in their shop what they weren’t offering. We didn’t see (or ask for) the location of the shop.

Only negatives were breakfast and the pool/spa and workout area closed. Breakfast was bagel, toast, donuts, etc. No hot food. Expected more. Pool/spa/workout area being renovated, but not mentioned when booked or when called.

Wish they had a phone charger on both sides of the bed. Wish the bath towels were bigger or they gave you more. And the breakfast options were very limited, and no protein options available just carbs

I didn’t know at the time I booked my room that the hotel was being remodeled. The floor in our room had white powdery dust, the microwave had not been installed, there was black tape in the bottom of the tub. The whole feel was cold. The young man at the desk in the morning was rude. Part of the power for the breakfast suddenly went out, it tripped a breaker.

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was fair.

The hotel is undergoing some renovations so it’s a little rough around the edges but my room was updated, clean and comfortable. The door to the room was almost impossible to open and close without throwing your whole body weight against it. But the gal at the front desk had warned me of that. $30 pet fee.

They are remodeling so that is why low rating. Fine powder dust over breakfast area/counters. Corners in the bathroom were full of the Sheetrock powder.

Location was easy to find but had to go through a little mud, the rooms were missing items in the room, bathroom and the door to the adjoining room deadbolt didn’t work. My husband got locked out of the building and our room early the next morning6am so he had to go around the front to get a new key

We understand that the hotel is being renovated and therefore is a little messy/crowded. However, our room wasn't equipped with hand soap/other amenities. The front desk Associate was very friendly and helped us when we brought it up. We also noticed a beetle problem throughout the hotel.

Liked how easy it was to find off of the highway. Liked the various maps and pamphlets offered by the hotel of stuff to do in town.

The only thing I didn't like is that the blackout curtains didn't close all the way, so the bright Cenex sign and spotlights were in our face while sleeping

Our front door to our room was falling off the hinges. We had to manually lift the door every time we left the room. I did tell management and they offered nothing.
